We saw both Dr LeClear and Dr Banner. Both are very caring and knowledgeable. Dr Banner worked extensively with us on our sick cat. We felt very comfortable with his care plan. The entire staff is very compassionate and treated our girl and us with respect. I’m so glad we found such caring vets and their support team.

I have a new cat that turned out to be very aggressive at Banfield. She is very calm at home. At Banfield, one hand did not know what the other hand was doing. I went there 3 times today, each time getting more and more frustrated. They never treated my cat, called me to pick her up, changed their minds, neglected to call me back for hours while I thought she was being treated. She was there for over 4 1/2 hours. In the end they charged me $79 for doing absolutely nothing. Will NEVER go back and recommend that you don't either. As someone else stated, I wish 0 stars were possible.

i’m sure it’s automated but i got a text saying i was “a valued customer” and to help them out by “leaving a good review” - haven’t been here in several years because of the worst experience with my kitten here. i’d brought my cat here 2 or 3 times and while expensive, there were no issues. when i picked her up after her last appointment, she was in her fabric carrier and i set her in my car and noticed a foul smell. i checked in the parking lot and she had urinated and def scared across her entire carrier - but the thing is, a lot of it was dried and matted to her fur. i called from my car and asked if she had access to a litter box while she was being held for her appointment (which was only a couple of hours) and the person said yes, and i explained the situation. and she told me it probably happened on the walk from the door to my car. i stated it couldn’t have been because it was dry, and could it be possible she was placed in her carrier without access to litter and she said she didn’t know in a very apathetic tone. i asked if they could help or check on my cat and she said no. so we have never been back because - what on earth. so here’s the good review from your valued customer who you clearly take care of!!
