This place gets a bad rap there are. A lot of drugs floating around, but it's up to you to say no. This place will help you save your money. Match it and help you get furniture for your new place. How many other places can say that? I don't know of any so I think this is a remarkable Place for those who need a lending hand I would recommend it for anyone again. There is druggiuse, so hate that warning. If it's not the place for you, do not go there. What if it is, There's only one way to find out. I have been there. And remember it is a homeless shelter. There are a lot of homeless people there. And I find that sad. What does it say about us as a community

There are a lot of bad reviews here. However grace marketplace isn't nearly as bad as those reviews. If you need to stay there long term. Rent a storage unit down the road. And camp with Minimal valuables. You don't need an ID or anything to be there. They feed 3 times a day. There are showers in the far back laundry for free and free charging port. Yeah there's some drugs around just say no thanks if someone asks you. This place will help you save a lot of money if you are smart and do what you need to do. The place has a a lot of potential and it's far better than say ft Lauderdale 😳 or anywhere down south. Trust me in that one.

I love seeing this place improve in the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth!! Please do more!! There's always room for more I pray in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Amen! A side note: someone already came to me about: where the makeup is in here because there used to be a whole event day in here where girls could do each other's makeup. I hope that comes back as well for maybe an event can be named women of distinction perhaps. Thank you. God bless Grace Marketplace. Please fix the fact that this is a low bearing shelter to a medium because of the secure fences on the property and the fact that people can get funding for security now. I pray that they use more security guards for Grace Marketplace in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Amen! Y'all have people that not only are irresponsible fish feeders and not locking the door behind them having a key, but y'all pay your so-called volunteers under the table. The least y'all can do is change it to medium-bearing shelter. Thank you and God speed. Amen.

Horrible environment. Beware of the complacent "residents" who are there. Staff exist to merely show appearance to collect $$$. If ya find yourself "Homeless", unsheltered in Gainesville Florida, utilize this facility to grab a meal, keep your head down and don't appear to be friendly. If you have an animal, ask for Jacob, he's the animal coordinator which will help you with dog food and getting your animal upto specks.

Having hard times have had to eat there a few times here and there. They used to have programs to help residents and homefree people. Culinary training in their cafe and the garden etc. also had housing help to find shelter and get setup in an actual home or apartment. I have seen no programs any more or any help. The best thing about grace is Jacob and the pet assistance. I gave out a few cookies I had been donated there and was almost assaulted for running out. Crime and angry dangerous resident everywhere.
