My dogs have been coming to this place for over 10 years! Dr German is the Best!!! They are super caring and honest. Their prices are the best in this area. They make it possible for pets to receive the care they need by being considerate to the pet owner by having reasonable and justifiable prices. Dr. German is adorable and a sweetheart. So happy to have her in my and my pets life!!!

We brought our 11wk. old Schnauzer puppy, Captain to Dr. German today- February 20th, 2024. It was such a wonderful experience. Dr. German took lots of time with us, she answered all our questions and us so many tips on how to train our puppy. Plus Dr.German took care of all our puppies shots & needs. We are so fortunate to have been referred to Dr German by our daughter. 👍😊

Edit: If animals could have hippa rights, this owner responding would definitely be violating it. We arrived to the clinic during their hours, and the doors were locked and no one was at the desk. This is the only Animal health hospital that starts with an A in boise so reporting peoples 1 star reviews won't stop us from speaking out. Don't even bother showing up, brought our cat and they had the doors locked 40min before closed. DONT LIE ABOUT YOUR HOURS

Animal Health Hospital is amazing! Dr. German has helped both of my dogs! Another vet diagnosed my 15 year old English Pointer with congestive heart failure. Dr. German thoroughly checked her out and found out she just had allergies- prescribed some medicine and the dog is healthy. She also helped her become more mobile. She recommended a new diet, had me switch to a veterinarian approved glucosamine tablet instead of the Costco ones I had been using & between these recommendations my old girl is running around like a young dog again! My Wirehair Vizsla has had horrible breath, Animal Health performed a dental & now my dog is welcome to get close to me again! When I picked up my Vizsla, my dog was paying more attention to Dr. German than me! My dog obviously really enjoyed her time at the clinic. Excellent service! My dogs both usually dread a visit to the vet... Keep up the great work! Sincerely, James

We've been seeing Dr German for over ten years. She's cared for all our animals, hamsters, bunnies, and now our pup. She is caring and super smart. We trust her so much. And she won't overcharge you in an emergency. It's a wonderful practice.
