Surprised the reviews of this place are so positive. They were exposed and lost their nonprofit status because of it. Had a friend who used to work here and the working conditions are apparently very unsafe, stuff stacked way too high and precariously, broken glass and all that jazz. Most of the workers seem nice enough, usually younger (probably to get away with paying them less...) but the management seems pretty poor. The place is falling apart and well overdue for some fixes, the A/C has been out for a while now and they have a bunch of fans set up as a temporary fix that hardly do much. The roof is leaking through in at least one spot, and it overall feels a bit dirty and cluttered. Occasionally you can find a good deal here, but you really have to know your stuff. It's clear that management is doing their best to squeeze every dollar out of their product. And if it's not going to fixing the place, and not going to the workers, I wonder where it could be going?

Staff is friendly and helpful and prices are more than fair. Plus they do half off of a color tag so there's opportunities to get even better discounts!

This is one of the coolest and most well priced thrift stores I’ve been to. I found some amazing treasures and it was all in good condition and appropriately priced. Love the cause too. The interior is decorated in a fun and funky vibe and my kids (and myself) loved the music they played. You are bound to find something amazing here for a great price. Will definitely be returning any time we are in the area.

Deceptive business practice. Does not seem to be affiliated or donate to an animal rescue. I donated items thinking it would benefit animals not line the owners pockets. Highly recommend other to reach out to consumer protections.

Newest employees are incredibly rude, turnover is astoundingly high. My father has been going to this place since it opened and never has he or I been treated so poorly.

Awesome selection! The staff is friendly and helpful. The owners are great and while the entity isn’t a nonprofit, they donate regularly to the local animal shelters! Love the vibe and the cause.
