I have been using this office for about 20 years and will keep going back. Dr. Laura Marji is a very compassionate doctor and each patient is treated as a special individual. She is also very direct with options to what your fur baby needs to stay healthy or recover from sickness or injuries .

We did a walk-in for a kitty bladder infection and the staff was so nice. The in office cats greeted us with love. The staff stopped in the waiting room to give attention to McAdoo who was being so patient. Doctor was great with examining him.

Took my dog into be spayed. I was able to get an appointment 2 days out which was perfect. Everything was explained, the prices were very clearly laid out, then they explained the ,"What if we have to go above and beyond during the surgery price list." I really appreciated them taking the time to explain all this. And the dog is doing fine she's happy running around it was a good experience I'm going to use them in the future for my dog vet needs. I would highly recommend All Valley Pet Clinic.

Dr. Marji has been wonderful with our dog, Dirty. We’ve been pleased with her assessments over the years and we’ve finally come to the last. Dr. Marji was such a great help with our decision to put an end to Dirty’s suffering. She clearly explained the facts, which made our decision easier.

Avoid at all costs, especially if you have cats. I brought my cat into All Valley in December for an overgrooming issue and a nasty ear problem. They insisted it was an allergy and prescribed her apoquel without bothering to mention that it is currently a trial drug for cats, something I would have never agreed to had I known. I had to take her back in last week for the same issues and this time around had an unbelievably awful experience with Dr. Silvia. She would not stop pushing an absurdly expensive Hills diet despite my questions for alternatives due to the cost (their office is plastered with Hills products, it felt incredibly car-salesman-scammy), proceeded to tell me that "apoquel is still a mystery in cats because it's meant for dogs - some cats do fine and some cats can just up and die from it, it's so new that we're getting news about it even on platforms like Facebook" but then prescribed it again anyway, and opened up an ear rinse before I could decline that I already had at home which forced me to pay for it. The vet tech who came in to help show me how to clean my cat's ear was also rude, aggressively handled my cat who already wasn't feeling well, and then cleaned the ear that didn't have any issues and told me "you can figure out how to clean the infected ear". As I was checking out I tried to ask the vet tech for clarification on the medication because I was scared after what Dr. Silvia had said, to which she responded "it's either that or steroids, it's a risk you have to take". I left the office in tears over the cost ($300, an absolute waste), the way they had treated myself and my animal, and the poor communication of information that caused a ton of fear. The office was also disgusting; it smelled terrible and there was dried blood on the wall near the exam table. I took my cat to a different vet today who told me she's never prescribe apoquel for a cat due to it not being currently approved, found an ear infection after running a lab (something All Valley never did), and helped find a better option prescription food diet to begin a food trial. If you care about your cat, find somewhere other than here.

I have brought my little doggie here for years. The staff is kind and loving toward my dog. Unfortunately, I have had to recently put my dog down. Everyone was compassionate and so caring. I am glad that I have come to this vet for all of my doggie’s needs. Thank you to all the staff for your love for animals and care for their owners.
