Giving two stars because they used to be really good, but I'm not sure what happened. My most recent visit was 02/26/2024. I brought my dogs in for Worm prevention and cat in because she has a cough and has been sneezing. I've been going here for a few years with all 3 cats and 2 dogs and they couldn't find my records. I told them they've had most of their shots at this exact clinic after they made it seem like I was a negligent owner for not getting their vaccines (which are all up to date.) I understand costs are going up everywhere, but the price seemed a little far fetched for the services I got. They examined the cat and couldn't find anything wrong with her (which by the way they have her listed as a male cat in the records.) They said they could do x-rays and blood work. I said I didn't have the money to cover both and asked which one would be better to start with. They made me feel bad for not having more money on top of the $700 something it was already costing me. I was told that we could do x-rays first and blood work later if the x-rays didn't show anything. But again, they lectured me about how it's better to get both tests instead of one by one. I was told I'd be called 24-48 hrs after the results of the x-rays and to this day I have not received any calls. I got the records over email that say my cat likely has asthma or bronchitis. I've tried calling, leaving messages, emailing and there has been no response. Every time I've reached a person I get transferred to a voice-mail. Needless to say my cat probably needs treatment and medicine and I've been ignored. Guess it's time to get a second opinion

First vet visit with our adopted pup and Red Rocks Animal Clinic was absolutely the best! The staff is very kind and Dr Hardy was fantastic! Highly recommend this place!

This was an affordable decent clinic with Dr. G. I’m not so sure anymore. Waited six months for a dental surgeon, scheduled then read his linked-in regarding “toxic environment”. Sent me into panic because I’ve had doubts about this place and they were reluctant to give any bio info. Meanwhile I lost $50 deposit when I cancelled at 9am for dental cleaning following day. Consider yourself lucky if anyone answers at all…also learned they outsource some confirmation calls. The other vets I have seen here were good though so I was hoping for another Dr. Vlad…

This place is HORRIBLE!! Complacent, Irresponsible, Negligent, Staff Talks Down to You, and the ONLY thing they care about is Your Money not Your Pet!! It’s been a year now since this place killed my little cousin & I’m finally able compose myself enough to write a review. You all INSISTED on keeping him for his benefit, which was more about You making $$. You cut that babies claws SO Short while in Your Care it was to the quick!! (He wouldn’t hurt anyone!!) begs the question what was being done to him that he was fighting so hard!!? You were giving him medication he WASN'T Supposed to be on while in Your Care because in the past he’s had a bad reaction to it!! And yet He was given it anyway! When he was picked up he was on his deathbed!! He was barely moving, confused, hardly responsive, and could Barely Walk!! We took him home on a Friday Evening ONLY to watch him SUFFER all Night and Only to watch him die painfully the next morning while bleeding from his mouth, nose, and ears!! You wouldn’t let anyone see him the Entire WEEK he was in Your Care!!! You People are Horrible Humans and I can’t believe Your doors are still Open!! At Least the Credit Card Company agreed how Negligent and Moral-less You People are and Your Office wasn’t paid a Cent to Kill this innocent soul!! I can only hope that Everyone who had a hand in making this innocent Kitty suffer gets repaid in kind some day!! And that this place gets its doors closed for Good!! You Deserve not a Single Star for a Review!! Please Don’t Trust These People With Your Pet!!! Especially Overnight!! Negligent doesn’t even begin to describe this Place!!! I Pray this Never happens to anyone else’s Fur Baby!!! Do Not Trust them!! They DO NOT Have Your Pets Best Interest at heart!!

They don’t have a working x-ray machine for dental visits. This is subpar dental care—you can’t tell if there is decay below the surface without X-rays. Despite reminding me like four times about the $50 non-refundable deposit, nobody bothered to tell me before my appointment that they were only going to do a half-A job without the proper tools. I didn’t find out about this until the vet tech was checking me in. They charge the same price even without X-rays because “we don’t charge for x-rays”. The vet surgeon was really nice and offered to call me back if/when they get their machine working. Not like that gets my day back at work or my dog’s teeth fixed. Also, I heard that prices have gone up by about 50% since spring of 2023, so if you’re expecting it to be cheap, it probably isn’t.

5 stars because they saved my puppy by the skin of our teeth! & Dr. G, though weary to give me good news to early, he endured my mama bear glares & was incredibly diligent & understood my undeniable love for my dog, even if survival looked grim. They also, worked with me for payment, only after demonstrating due diligence. (This is a personal decision they hold the right to make based on each individual client.) They don't do payment plans, not unlike most veterinary clinics mind you. This is stated in their front lobby. They do give you options to help find the best payment method for you. Like grant's or small loans. Now, my 10 week old puppy had canine parvovirus (Ahhh!) Only after I had been to multiple vets did I find Dr G. I'm glad I did! Now, my anxiety did increase like crazy due to how I was left feeling after some interactions. Interactions....! NOT CARE! Make no mistake. He is learning to be my ESA for anxiety. Making things even worse for me. But, he was treated with such love and patience. As one of their own! I don't think one person in that entire clinic forgot about him for a second! I, as the owner, could've used some of this. They forgot about me on hold for well over 30 minutes a couple times &then didn't answer when I called back. Not once did my messages get returned, making me picture worst case scenarios, of course. Now stay with me, My mind raced for days. Unable to see or love him. He was surely dead I thought. Scary! My pup was basically on his death bed going in. But, with the exceptional kindness &care they gave my Remington, this led me to believe this misunderstanding was all my own. They are simply 100% invested in their animals. I forgot I'm not the one I entrusted them to console and keep alive. Rem was, and thanks to the staff and Dr G he is very much alive. It meant the world to me!!! Saved 2 lives! I'd absolutely recommend.
