Slammed door ,yelled at us about parking when we pulled up , so we moved and walked back .- could use some help on professional communication with customers . Was very confrontational..when we walked up to the trailer she slammed door went I side didn’t come out for awhile and then bitted into our conversation ..Another customer and I left . We won’t be back . The attendee made a comment to the other person and I on how Debbie had spent over 2000$ on signs ( you think that we would notice ) where to park . Originally we were going to Madison clinic but went to star as a second option that day and were confused on where to park but I guess she felt entitled to enlighten us about the signs and how we missed them . And how ignorant we must be to have missed them.

Star always does a great job with my pets and/or fosters. They also do a ton of good for the community as well. The owner/founder is a human with a heart of gold & who cares deeply about the welfare of animals & the education of their guardians. The costs are low, & the mobile unit is up to date & clean inside. Pictured is one of my cats who was spayed at STAR.

Be careful on leaving a review on them as they will blast you on social media for doing so. They act extremely immature for being an organization that boasts about how great they are. It’s embarrassing!

Just took my kitty Pearl to them today. The staff were very informative. They took the time to inform all of us about what to expect, how to take care of her post-op, and even informed us what was done to pearl while she was in their care. Everything we asked them to do they did. Thank you! They provided pain medicine, flea treatment, and spay service for us at a very low cost. Not to mention they provided others for free such; as nail trimming, ear cleaning, and pain medicine. She definitely doesnt like the cone but its for her own good. I will keep everyone updated on her healing process. So far so good.

They are very compassionate with your pets, they handle them with great love as if it is their baby. They go above and beyond for you and your pets.
