The staff are good with the animals, and prices are great as well. They don’t do good with time management though, made appointment for rabies shots, showed up early, but they didn’t get to us until a half hour after appointment time. Then had to wait another half hour after the dogs received their shots to pay. They need to learn how to be more efficient

Prices on internet are wrong. They insist on specific times and then make you wait in the heat outside (and get to you way past your appointment). Make you print out your own paperwork. Then make you wait again for you credit card back. Going somewhere else next

I am so happy for people assisting animal control! The process was so simple and they did such a good job at neutering my 2 large dogs. The incision site looks nice and clean and they over exceeded my expectations. Not only did they help me so much and neuter my dogs for FREE( For being a Kingsville resident) but they also had affordable after care products to make my dogs more comfortable and it came with free pain medication, a cone, nail trim, flea prevention, a rabies shot and parvo!!!! I couldn't be happier. The workers were all super nice and efficient. I definitely recommend this facility for your cat or dogs procedure. 10 stars.

I took my stray...Flava..got her fixed. She is doing good. She still has all her babies by her side. First and last litter. She is such a good cat. I found her on the side of road..as I was walking to the store on Lantana. She was just a baby..around 4 months old. I left her outside on my porch with all my other strays. She strived. And now she will be 3 years old. Now I pray that she will have a long and happy life. As I have made her an inside cat. I will always love my gordita! She is not Flaca....anymore!!☺️

Don't get the cat suit. It won't fit. Bought another one from VCA that fits but cat keeps getting out. The surgery suits don't work! Get a cone collar. All vets should educate pet owners on how poorly these suits work on cats.

Everyone is friendly and seems to care. I wouldn’t sit in a hot breezeway if I knew my fur babies weren’t getting the best attention and I was getting the smiling service. Thank you for providing for the community!
