Always excellent assistance. I just purchased a hamster recently. I haven’t had a pet in 15yrs. I was pretty happy with the guy who did help me. I think he was getting off, but stayed to assist me. Anyway, I love Mr. Pickles, and he is adjusting just fine. I have completely spoiled him!

The cashier was definitely customer friendly. She even carried that heavy dog food bag to the car for me ! Oh yes ,I'm an old senior citizen and needed the help. I thought I would have to look for a male helper, but she quickly checked me out and took that load to my car. I thank her for helping me.

My daughter and i just stopped here to get a crab and ended up buying a beta fish and tank and all the accessories. The lady in the aquatic section was super helpful and able to answer any of our thousands of questions! The hermit crab was however twice as expensive as other stores but they're hard to find in the area as everyone is running out so we went ahead and got it.

Very kind and helpful staff, I only wish that Petco as a whole was more ethical about their keeping of betta fish, very very sad looking fish, many who are stressed with fin rot and in need of a heated, cleaner environment. (EDIT: I want to stress that this is NOT the employees fault. They do the best that they can with what they are given. PETCO as a company needs to step and be the first in the whole problematic industry of pet stores and treat it's bettas like live animals and not like pretty decorations. Give them an adequate set up with a filter and heater like every other fish in the store, and start giving appropriate keeping advice to prospective buyers.)

I know Petco is known for improper husbandry, but keeping sick/starving animals on the sales floor is disgusting and abuse. Not only does this location have 5-6 chameleons in a single horizontal tank, but had an emaciated one on the sales floor. At least act like you care.
