If there’s a 10 stars i would give Jenea one. Ive been working in healthcare customer service managing teams of 20 etc and I have never met anyone like Jenea. Best demeanor, always knows when to follow through and never gets annoyed for repeat questions. Look for her at this facility. She is the best.

I have called for weeks to try to make a appointment for a annual and to get flea treatments but I can never get through it is always transferred to a automated system telling to call back. How can I get a service completed if I can not get anyone on the phone. In years past it was challenging but not this bad. I called 77 times today and still can not get through
