We love ACME! We have had to use them twice. Once to stop squirrels from setting up residence in out attic and another time to stop birds doing the same thing. Both times they were able to do it quickly and without killing any of the animals. They are professional, responsive, friendly, and honest. They are committed to doing a good job and meeting your expectations. They truly guarantee their work and if for any reason something did not meet your expectations they solve it immediately. We are grateful we found ACME.

Brian was great coming out on short notice (on a SUNDAY evening at that!!!) to remove an injured racoon from out of the yard. We can tell he had experience the way he scooped that big boy up. Very reliable and would call him over the city animal control any day.

ACME team was super easy and professional to work with. Mickey was able to come explain everything that was needed to remove the starlings from our bathroom vents and how they were going to cover them and clean them to get them good as new. Appreciate the help.

I heard a very loud squirrel in my kitchen ceiling, and Brian came to investigate. He found a new gap on one of the soffits where it had gotten in. I hadn't heard the squirrel in a couple of days, so he duct-taped over the gap. That way, if it was still inside, it could get out (or back in). What a clever idea! A few days later, the duct tape wasn't disturbed (which fortunately meant no trapping was necessary). He did a really professional job securing the soffit/fascia, and also closed some gaps in the brick foundation where he thought mice could get in. Brian is very knowledgeable about wildlife, and it was a real pleasure meeting him.

ACME Animal Control shout out!!! This company was referred to us by our pest control company to check the attic for hornet nests and removal if needed. The tech came all the way from Virginia Beach where the company is and we are in Toano. He searched all through the attic and all outside the house and did not find any nests or bees. After looking at the pic of the one we killed he said it looked like a queen because of its size which makes sense with it being early in the season she was probably scouting for a place to start a nest. So we were told it would be $189 for them to come check before they came which we agreed. He ended up not charging us at all since he didn’t find anything even though he drove all that way. We will definitely call them if we have any more issues!

We heard scurrying and called everybody we knew to come and help. Finally we got serious and called Brian at ACME. With a zoological background and plenty of experience Brian and his team were able to identify the problem, entry points and encapsulating solutions. What was exceptional is that the ACME team arrived when they said they would. That's not always the case and they were eager to share their expertise which is also not always the case with contractors.
