I’ve been taking our boys to VCA Imperial Point ever since they were puppies in a blanket. I wholeheartedly trust Dr. Peterson with my fur babies’ health and overall care. She is one of the most professional, transparent, generous and kind veterinarian doctors that I’ve ever met. But most importantly, Dr. Peterson is HONEST. The place is very clean and smells good. Therefore, we also book our boy’s pet boarding whenever we have to travel abroad. We know & trust the staff well enough not to worry about whether or not they are safe and are being treated with the best and utmost professional care possible. If you love your pets like family, VCA Imperial Point is without a shadow of a doubt, the best choice for all of your kids needs.

Dr. Peterson is the most empathetic, professional, informed, and caring veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure to care for my pets. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a veterinarian. All the staff is professional and very friendly. Everyone is helpful.

This place is all about extortion. They take advantage of vulnerable people. All while trying to finance their next yacht. You sign for one amount and then when you go to check out it’s almost 900 dollars more. The math in the invoices doesn’t add up. Even with treatments removed and added there was still about 400 bucks unaccounted for that no one could explain. Their head Vet is just looking at dollar signs and when you question it he tells you to never come back again. There is no sympathy or empathy when you walk in with a very sick pet, the you girl at the front desk just wants a credit card up front before seeing a vet. Be prepared for being taken to the bank. And the vet care policy you pay for monthly does nothing.

I previously gave this location a good review which I am now taking back. Took my cat in to get her nails clipped. They insisted she has a rabies shot and suggested blood work as she is a senior cat. The bill was $500. Today I took a young kitty to a new vet and for blood work, first time checkup and shots was less than. $200. I can never trust taking any animals to vca again because of the blatant overcharge. What a scam. I left another vet a few years ago for the same reason and will never look back. Do your homework. Don't let them talk you into anything and ask for prices up front.

I just had my first visit at VCA, and Dr. Powell, and HIS ENTIRE STAFF, were by far the friendliest, patient, and most caring office. I cannot say enough good things about this office. Dr. Powell was so knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. My temperamental dogs were so at ease there! So happy I found them, they took such good care of my babies
