My pet Tonka was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, the staff here go above and beyond to make Tonka comfortable. The Practice Manager is just the best. The staff are compassionate. It's a lot Tonka cancer has spread. Awesome team at Banfield.

Even though our appointment was not confirmed in advance, accidentally by myself, they were able to take us within 15 minutes. Great care to my puppy and the banfield puppy insurance is a great value.

Here I am again. The harressment is terrible. Banfield Hospital is still giving us a rough time. They keep trying to contact me, saying we owe them money. Not acknowledging her death. They say someone local will contact me, but no one ever does. When she was struggling, we brought her there. Precious time was wasted as they brought her out to tell us they didn't have an x-ray machine to check her lungs. What hospital doesn't have an x-ray machine? It shouldn't be called a hospital if you don't have the machines to examine a pet on the verge of death. All you want is money, for what? Services not rendered? Are you kidding? I'm sick of the harressment. Why don't you stop???!!! That becomes bullying, stocking us. Yet we went into the local hospital, and they gave us a song and dance, "ohh it's not us. We can't contact Corporate. It's Corporate calling you. I called Corporate, the first time 1 hour, and 20 minutes, nobody picked up. 2nd time, 45 minutes waiting, somebody picked up, then hung up on me. What kind of organization is this? DO NOT GO , DO NOT !! They don't try to work with you. It's terrible while we grieve over a precious family member passing away. Is this a way to take advantage of grieving parents. Rest in Peace, Chanel. Even though Banfield won't let you rest in peace.

My dog Scotty went there for 12 years all his shots always And he teeth cleaning the first 3 years in the doctor said he had a spine problem I took I'm for a second opinion somewhere else no spine problem he didn't have it 7 years later he had cancer they say so what 11 months went by then they said they have no cancer he was losing weight they gave all kinds of shots for infections all a guessing game so a month went by after she said there I keep counting his breathing I keep monitoring him l decided to take him to arbor hospital we got their the X-ray show his stomach was full of cancer he had two days to live so we put him down right there he was 15 years old we call Banfield told them they said sorry to hear that but you still owe us four more months payments that I all they was concerning getting paid still waiting for a sympathy card I would never recommend this place I could have my dog die in my house if it was for them A little secret about Scotty I adopted him 12 years ago we gave him a good 12 years dog Park dog competitions he won the cutest dog of the month in fort Lauderdale magazine 2014 he want to a lot of dog contest he was lucky dog 🐕 actually he won for the Cancer association for dogs a few years ago Scotty will be missed. Please take your dog to a real hospital a dog hospital don't make the mistake that I made Fr.Tony Perez and Craig Hoberman

I have had the monthly coverage for my German Shepard since he was 3 months old. He’s 5 years old now and I’m still with Banfield. They are awesome to deal with. Would recommend.
