Update from my original review five years ago. Dr. Kerry left to open her own hospital! Good for her 🍀❤️Thank you ❤️The staff were compassionate and totally professional,my Havanese Connor has the best of veterinary care. Thank you particularly to the Vet assistants Ryan for his kindness. With a special mention to Maryse at the front desk,she always has a smile while offering unconditional kindness.👍🏻❤️

Our first time going there to get surgery for a tumor on our miniature dachshund, the doctor explained to us the risks on an older dog and we decided to move forward with the removal. Ting was up and about the same evening after the surgery and she’s continuing to do great. I think we found our new vet.

Thank you Dr. Brandon Cox, Nicole, John and the entire staff. I walked in feeling helpless because of my fur baby Panzcha. Another vet in another location told me to put my furbaby Panzcha down, and they overcharged me for unnecessary tests and they gave her an eye infection. Unfortunately I took her to this place because doctors Cox was not available and I panic. I drove 45 minutes to see DrCox as an emergency visit today since my last visit in March. Yes my Panzcha has an eye infection from that other place, and I know her kidneys are failing… but Doctor Cox took my fabulous Panzcha in, and unlike the other place I sat that whole time with my furbaby while the doctor and assistant took care of her. I now know for sure that this is the place I’ll be forever thankful and the honesty and caring way Dr Cox has shown .. I am forever thankful with gratitude. My Panzcha purrs was my biggest affirmation that my Panzcha loved and trusted Dr. Cox. At the other location my Panzcha hissed and bit the vet and once they found out I did not wanted their services they just left me alone with no answers and told me to leave. Dr Brandon Cox, we need more amazing caring humans like you. You gave me your honest opinion and my heart is grateful.. thank you also for the hug.. no one in any other place had given me a hug when I was trying to hold back my tears from fear of not been able to help my Panzcha. My Panzcha is a senior.. over 10, I rescued her back in 2018 .. I treasure ever minute I have with my furbaby. I will for always recommend this amazing place and most of all the compassion and caring manners they all have. Thank you Dr Cox. 🙏🏼💞🐈‍⬛ Respectfully, Marcela

I am so grateful I found this place!!! I am a dog mom of a 15 years old angel and I want only the best for my Teddy. Dr. Cox is an amazing soul, first time in all these years I met a vet who doesn’t try to push extra services, a huge bill and unnecessary medication. She was straight forward, honest, caring, gentle with my dog, very informative with me. First time I visit a vet and I don’t get anxiety. The stuff is absolutely amazing and sweet. The clinic is so clean and you can see how much love was put to create this place. I am so thankful for Gentle Care Animal Hospital!

I find it hard to put into words how amazing Dr.Cox and her staff are but I will. I called in a bit of a panic regarding my 15 year old cat and his health. They were able to fit me in and Dr. Cox sat with me and explained my options. Today was not the day… thank God. But I know that when the day comes, Gentle Care and Dr. Cox is where I’ll be going. Thank you to all of you at Gentle Care for being people and not a corporation. We need more of you.
