I’m always skeptical about vets but these people are truly amazing. I called because my dog hurt his leg. The girl at the front desk reassured me over the phone that they can help him. Once we arrived they took the best tender care of him, and Dr. Lee was so kind and explained everything afterwards. If you have a pet emergency this would be the first place I would recommend that you go to.
A few weeks ago, I was visiting my friend's house and her dog Sophie accidentally got out and was running through the neighborhood and was clipped by a car, but thankfully not seriously injured. We called around to see where to take Sophie and were recommended Pet Emergency Center. The lady who answered the phone was so sweet and got Sophie in immediately. When we arrived, the staff gave us immediate care and compassion. The Vet ran tests to ensure there was no internal bleeding and guided my friend and her fiance meticulously on what to do to care for Sophie in the following few days. Sophie is now doing amazing! I would highly recommend Pet Emergency Center to all pet owners. They truly care!
The staff were exactly what we needed at 1am to help either our pets medical emergency. They were professional, compassionate and communicative it’s our treatment options. Our little buddy was carried in but then able to walk out on his own. The Pet Emergency Center effectively treated our dogs medical issue and brilliantly handled our fear and anxiety during a very stressful time. Highly recommend!!
I’ve had to take my rabbits in 2x this year for emergencies and was so impressed with pet emergency center. The staff very helpful and professional. Both were in the middle of the night and staff was still super sweet and welcoming. I also recently lost my cat and called the center to see if anyone brought him in, they hadn’t but they did everything they could to help find him. Posted pics on their social media and in their place. You never want to visit the pet emergency center but it’s so comforting knowing it’s right around the corner and our furry friends are in good hands if needed!
I do not recommend this place . In October 2023 we were with my dog (MUNECA) due to serious breathing problems, that cannot be denied. They put her in a room with oxygen and they told us that she was very bad. They told us that, because they wouldn't let us look at her. They also said that if they took away her oxygen, she wouldn't make it until the next day, and also that in her condition and because Being old, they even recommended or said that we should think about putting her to sleep to avoid such suffering, we even talked about the costs of the service, there was not much to do in her condition, and they not give the ashes. we did not agree to do all the exams due to such a pre-diagnosis and recommendation, we preferred to take her home in very bad condition, just to hope that she would die with us as they told us. The truth is that she had her worst night and so did we, but dawn came and she was still struggling, so I decided to take her somewhere else for a second opinion. Basically it was the same but the difference was that they did not tell me that he was going to die soon or in hours, on this site they told me the same (BUT, THAT IF THEY DID THE EXAMS THEY COULD GIVE ME A TEMPORAL HOPE WITH AN EXACT DIAGNOSIS) and that obviously Because of her advanced age we had to see how she will react. The tests were done and the prescription was made with two pills, one in the afternoon and one at night. Today, February 19 2024, MUNECA has an incredible TEMPORAL result, she lives fully, with an intensity that we cannot believe, she eats, sleeps, runs, plays and more, yes it is true that she is old and we do not know for how long she will be with us, but she did not die that day or the same day as they made us understand. Many times a diploma or title does not teach you how to have the tact to say things or much less the delicacy to deal especially with this type of services. I don't recommend this place for that reason and a couple more. Attached picture of MUNECA today .
This was the worst experience ever in my entire life at a vets office. We took our dog in today to be euthanized because, unfortunately, ours was closed. We went in at 930 with our dog that was actively dying in my sons arms. We asked the receptionist how long and she was so so nasty to us. When you are going through something like this you would think she would have compassion. NOPE. So so nasty. Needless to say we took our paper and dog elsewhere and got the best care ever. I will never ever think about going back and would not recommend this place if it was the last one on the planet.
