The Animal Clinic is Super Clean, The Staff are like and Care about You like you are FAMILY. Love Animals and go above and beyond to give you and your Pet a GREAT EXPERIENCE. Wonderful Doctors that are highly trained and give you a lot of conversation . The whole STAFF really give you exceptional excellent Service. The staff was absolutely wonderful. My puppy got at his stitches after being neutered so I needed to get him to an emergency vet because it was a Saturday night and I couldn’t see my regular vet. I was seen right away and everyone was so nice, reassuring, and helpful. Dr. Anderson took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. Hopefully I never need an emergency vet again but if I do I know where I’ll be going!

I was referred by a friend for My 10-year-old 5lb Chihuahua he was having major dental problems when we arrived to have surgery that morning the Dr and staff were caring attentive and patient They took the time to explain everything they were going to do in great detail which made me feel very at ease they checked in on him after taking him home to make sure he was doing well they took great care of my fur baby. This place is fabulous! Our little 12-year-old Chihuahua Basil was in respiratory distress last night and we thought we were going to lose her. We reached out to our friend Moe Johnson, who works there and is highly experienced in pet emergencies, who took a look at Basil's video and said we needed to get to the hospital right away. Never having been there before we trusted Moe and rushed over to the Family Pet Medical Center. While Moe was off that day, he said she would be in the best of hands and he was right. These people saved her! Basil was immediately put in oxygen to stabilize her, and tests were conducted. Everyone was so wonderful. Dr. Ben Anderson was quite impressive with his knowledge along with Ben, Alana and Sebastian who helped to calm us down as well. All the staff treated us with such respect and compassion. We've been living in Fort Lauderdale for 27 years and never came here, but now we were able to witness what a great team this clinic is when a beloved pet is in distress. Our little girl is still in the ICU but we really feel good knowing she's in the best hands. Dr. Anderson reached out to us at 7:30 AM this morning to give us an update as well as Dr. Margolis who we met today when we went back to the clinic. He is awesome and spent time chatting with us on Basil's condition. So impressive. We even met the owner Lin (a registered nurse), who was working the front desk so her staff could take a break. We were quite impressed with every one that works in this hospital. Just wished they worked on humans. Wanted to take the time to write a review. Highly recommend.

If you have a dog that needs emergency help, take them here. Genuinely the best experience as a frantic dog mom. Elaine at the front desk was an amazing help, Ben was able to explain everything in such a calm and amazing manor while taking the best care of my dog. Maria and Emily were amazing during the whole intake process and sent me updates throughout the whole night. I could not thank them enough for everything they did for my dog. Again thank you all so much!

A friend suggested using this vet center. I am incredibly thankful. My gigantic German shepherd family dog is staying with me for the week from New York. I called for a few services. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The entire staff was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My dog is not easy to care for, he does not like smaller animals, nor does he enjoy strangers poking and inspecting him. They were accommodating and patient. A SINCERE thank you to the staff and for the needed services for my dog. ❤️❤️
