Dr. Garikipati and Dr. Magner are simply amazing humans who have been with us with our beautiful dog Bailey through thick and thin, always showing up promptly, with gentle care and extensive professional knowledge. We can't recommend Animal Cove enough. Thank you for being true dog lovers and being dedicated to this sacred profession. In memoriam of Bailey our beloved gentle giant Alaskan Malamute 2/28/2012-11/30/2023 may she rest and play in canine heaven.

I came in with a complaint of reduced visual acuity in my 13 year old cocker spaniel poodle mix 3 weeks ago. I thought she had cataracts, but obviously I am not a vet or an ophthalmologist. I saw Dr. G, and he quickly looked in her eyes, said no cataracts. Did not do further testing of her eyes, no eye pressures or any other tests despite cocker spaniels being a breed prone to glaucoma as I later found out. 3 weeks later, my dog developed a swollen eye, and by the time she was seen by a dog ophthalmologist, she was blind in her right eye. I called to tell the clinic about this miss and I was told Dr. G would call me but he never did. I'm devastated, especially since if this was caught sooner, her vision would have been saved. Glaucoma is a slow process but if left untreated will result in blindness which my dog now suffers from in her right eye, which eventually had to be removed. Thankfully she has her left eye, but I unfortunately will have to look for another veterinarian. I'm absolutely devastated and this is as much as I can say about that.

I want to say a huge thank you to all the employees of the Animal Cove Pet Hospital for their professional work and comprehensive assistance to my dog Musia. I am especially grateful to a wonderful doctor, a sensitive and kind person, Dr. Inna Magner DVM for her invaluable help to my dog in a very difficult situation. Two years ago, I brought an almost hopeless dog to the clinic. My dog has cardiac disease, scoliosis, and oral disease. Doctor Inna Magner DVM prescribed to Musia very good medicines, which prolonged the life of my Musia. I don't know how long it will be, but the medication helps my dog a lot! Musia’s condition is stable now and the animal lives an active life. Musia is almost 15 years old now. I wish all the employees of the clinic health, prosperity and success in their hard and noble work. I also wish your clinic prosperity and many grateful patients.

Thank you Dr. G and his staff for taking care of our 11 yr old chihuahua Yoda. He had some problematic dental issues despite only having 8 teeth left in his mouth. After the initial consultation, Dr. G listened to my concerns for Yoda's oral health and the fact that I had a fairly strict budget. Once bloodwork was cleared, I scheduled for Dr. G to perform the oral/dental work and extractions. Yoda lost his remaining teeth but his overall health will be better as a result. That's the most important thing. I looked over our itemized invoice and it was clear that Dr. G took my budget concerns into account and for that I am very grateful. Thank you all at Animal Cove Foster City. Yoda is on the mend. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience here! My dog was neutered here and the whole process was very well organized and went smoothly. I took him at 8am and picked him up at 5pm. There were no complications. The recovery time was less than 2 weeks. The pain medication given to me helped greatly. Afterwards, there weren't even any incision scars. We went back for 2 free checkups because I had recovery time questions. I will be coming back in the future for a hernia operation. Looking forward to it because I know it will go well! I am very glad that this hospital is so close to my house and serves this community well.

Best Animal Hospital and Veterinary care in San Mateo/Foster City/San Carlos/Millbrae/Burlingame! We have tried numerous other vets in the area when our furry son got cancer. Animal cove scheduled and saw us in 48 hours. Dr Inna was fantastic at intake and diagnosis, and Dr. G has been nothing short of brilliant, compassionate and the most competent vet we have seen to date. Our dog is healing nicely, and the follow up care and empathy from the animal cove staff has been extraordinary! Our overall cost was 1/3 of Sage and Dr. G save d the front paw of our beloved pet. Highly recommend this vet hospital!
