Dear LifeCentre, I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the kindness and support you extended to me during a very challenging time for me during March of 2024. Erica LaFramboise went above and beyond to offer support during my visit and weeks following the passing of my beloved pet. In the fall of 2023, my fur baby, Cindi Lou, started to experience a rapid decline in health. My veterinary office recommended The LifeCentre and at the time of her evaluation, it was determined that there was no treatment that would be beneficial and that she was in pain and suffering. Those are words that no pet owner ever wants to hear. We have pets to spoil them and comfort them as much as they comfort us through life. I was faced with making the painful decision of euthanizing my sweet girl. Erica’s compassionate guidance and comforting presence meant more to me than words can express. Her reassurance and understanding as we navigated the difficult decision for Cindi Lou were truly appreciated. Even after Cindi Lou passed, Erica continued to reach out and offer support, which meant a great deal to me. Sharing stories of Cindi Lou's adventures, her love of treats, and her favorite toys brought me much comfort during a time of loss. Erica undoubtedly has love for all animals and I felt as if she had somehow known Cindi Lou by the joy she shared in our exchanges. Erica’s kindness and empathy exemplify the caring spirit that takes away so of the pain one experiences during a time of loss. Thank you once again for being there for me when I needed it most. We took our pup there for two surgeries, 2 years apart. Each time the staff was welcoming and polite. More importantly, my pup showed no anxiety in returning after either trip, which tells me she was made to be comfortable before and after her surgery.

I was referred to this vet by my local primary vet as my cat was very, very sick and my vet didn’t have what he needed to take care of him. This place was AMAZING!!!!!! My vet notified them I was coming and they were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The internal medicine doctor was so wonderful!! She has left the practice now and I miss her but the doctor that took over I like as well. They took such wonderful care of my cat and have gone above and beyond to continue his treatment to keep him living. The compassion of the nurses and doctors blew me away! We need more people like them in our world!! I’ve recommended this vet to numerous people. I’ll never take my animals to any other emergency vet they have my business for life! When a doctor calls you directly to tell you how your fur baby is doing and the treatment plan he’s on and how he’s responding to the treatment plan, to me that speaks volumes! It wasn’t tech or nurse that called me, his doctor called me. Thank you to the staff and dr miller and dr Lester!!! I truly appreciate you all!

The hospital staff and Dr. Cox took care of our baby boy Ty. Ty was very sick and the team took wonderful care of him and us. The warmth and genuine love they showed towards our little boy was fantastic. Thank you all!

We were referred to TLC after a couple of emergency vet visits for our senior cat, Mamacita. She wasn’t eating or drinking and was not acting like her usual self. TLC was able to take Mama in the same day we got the referral and were excellent from arrival to pick-up. The doctors and nurses took fantastic care of our little lady during her multi-day stay, and the attending doctor provided status calls each day to keep me updated on the various tests being run to figure out what was going on. Mama is now back home resting and is back to her usual self! Thanks so much to the entire staff for your kindness and expertise.
