Loved our grooming experience, as well as the people who work here. Gustav is a friendly cat, but also is fresh off the streets of Baltimore so he has never had a bath before, or his nails trimmed. Cecilia is incredible, she has so much experience and it truly shows. I am so appreciative of you !!

I've had some mixed feelings about this particular PetSmart. We bought a leash here and some treats for our pet. The Banfield inside has an excellent doctor. Dr. Johnson treated our dog and has her on a full recovery. Thank you Dr. Johnson.

Matt, working at the register, was extremely nice and friendly to everyone. You know when you run into a good human and you can just tell? That is Matt. I will go to this petsmart over petco due to my interaction tonight. Thank you for kind to people in the register line - these days kindness doesn’t feel common place which is sad. And the lovely lady in the fish area stopped to see if I needed help. I appreciate it

Today I took my Australian Cattle/Great Pyrenees mix to Petsmart and I am again so super happy with the results!! These photos are a before and after of my girl! She typically gets super long fur that we let grow out over the winter and about this time every year we book her an appointment with Shannon who always does a phenomenal job! Our female Freya has terrible separation anxiety and Shannon does an amazing job making her feel comfortable and safe during her grooming experience! Last Friday we also took our 3 year old corgi Echo to get groomed. He was groomed by Autum and she did a fabulous job!! He has very coarse fur and was shedding like crazy! She did a beautiful job trimming his coat and making sure to get all that loose fur off of him. We have always booked Shannon as our groomer but Autum did such a good job with our corgi we totally trust her grooming him again! These two ladies at the Petsmart in Leesburg are worth checking out if your pup needs a good groom!

Okay so I am biased with this PetSmart cause this is where I adopted my dog but really they are very nice here. They have everything I need. I take my dog to the Banfield vet in the store and they have always done a good job. The vet actually opens before the store opens so you can make early appointments and take your dog in before the store officially opens which is a nice bonus. Staff have been helpful and accommodating. I've purchased a bag of dog food from here and over the course of a month we found some weird webbing halfway through the food and didn't know what it was. I took it into PetSmart to ask and they explained that it was some type of moth that eats the food and lays eggs. They immediately took the food back replaced it with a new one that they opened and checked for issues for me and then put that food in a clean bag for me and told me to wash out my container in case their were residual eggs from the previous food. They didn't need to do any of that extra stuff for me but I've found that they usually do and I appreciate them for that.
