This vet is horrible not because of the Dr but because of the policies and practices of the office staff. First, I’ve been going to this vet for over 7 years. My dog Roman has an issue with his “Peter” and I was unable to be seen due to a $65 no show fee, which I was completely unaware of. I called back in October to cancel his appointment due to the issue resolving due to home remedies, I canceled with 23 hours before the appointment. The office manager said that because I canceled after the 24 hours there would be a late cancellation fee. I was hot, she could tell my frustration and waived the fee because of the new policy implementation. Come to find out when I called earlier today that the appointment wasn’t cancel it was rescheduled, which I had no notation of since there was no phone call 95 email sent to inform me, not to mention I wasn’t on the look out for anything as I had canceled the appointment. Although I have been with Dr. A for over 7 years, we will be looking for a new vet for Roman and Remy. We no longer live and Leesburg and travel just to see Dr. A, this will no longer be a thing for us.

Best vet ever! Seriously, the whole staff, the doctor; amazing experience. Ruger was pretty comfortable for the most part. I'm actually looking forward to bringing him back. Ruger loves his doctor.

Five start facility all around...Dr Arjang is simply an amazing Dr who is very knowledgeable about his trade. The staff are also very friendly and true professionals. I highly recommend this practice to pet owners.

I highly recommend this vet to all pet owners. Dr. AJ is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He goes up and beyond for the patients. The staff is super helpful and capable. The clinic is very clean and fully equipped. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of their work is priceless.

Dr. AJ has a very good heart for pets. He’s taken care of my pets for several years now and they love coming to see him unlike other places. The environment at Happy Tails is friendly and my pups love the frozen peanut butter as they get their shots and checked out. I highly recommend Happy Tails to new pet owners because Dr. AJ will take his time to make sure pets get their correct treatment at home and live a healthy live!
