I recently boarded my cat at NOVA Cat Clinic for a week. Not only did they have excellent top tier care but Susana did an amazing job sending updates with so many adorable pics (she definitely deserves a raise!). I felt so much better and was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my cat was in good hands. I am so happy that I have found a place that has such great vet and boarding care. I will definitely be boarding my cat here again! This is truly a million stars/5 stars place! NOVA cat clinic has it all!

took great care of my extremely vet-phobic cat. i really appreciate that everything is done in the room with you and that they don’t take your cat “to the back” for vaccines/tests. helped me understand my cats immune disorder and were also able to quickly get me in when she got an ear infection. i would have continued using this clinic but i moved out of state.

The staff took excellent care of my senior cat! It was a calm environment which helped my cat feel comfortable and not so stressed. All of the staff were so kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Tores explained the exam and results well. I felt like they really listened to my concerns too!

We took our senior cat there after some recommended it to us. First & most importantly..no one ..absolutely no one at the front desk would smile, no welcome ..oh your kitty it's..or while we were waithing at the waiting area for our turn mentioned that one of the cats at the waiting area looked as my cat who passed away a month ago , one of the staff laughed..laughed about it saying ok. The doctors were unbelievable. I was the one who requested, "Would you check our kitty ears ,our her tummy or her urine. our kitty required removal of skin tags.. They wanted to charge us by counts, how many it would be removed, or the times it would be taken. The result was 1500 up to 2500 ..when we stated our conernce regarding our kitty age & surgery ... they said oh we will take care of that, OH, really ?? .. after they negotiated the expanses with us, they were willing to reduce the amount by"how long time " it would take and come up by 1200. I really think they thought that we were not smart, cause english wasn't our first language or they did not check there recored throughly that they qoute us 1500 for time. btw at the time of check out, no one.. no one would say thank you. I hope your kitty will feel well .. nothing. I gave two stars cause there is a vet there actually smiled . Yes, smiled while checking our cat.

I used to use Nova Cat Clinic as my primary vet, but unfortunately have decided to move on to different vets instead after my recent experience. I brought my cat in back in Nov 2023 because he had black scabs on his lip and was losing weight. Nova cat clinic seems to have moved to a model of having lots of temporary vets who only work there one or two days a week and then are never there again on other days of the week for follow up. One of the temporary vets took a look at my cat at that time and said it was just acne, and we went on our way, little to know it was something much larger that was wrong. Come February I bring him back again, do bloodwork, and the bloodwork shows up clean. Bring him back again because we noticed a cyst like structure on his belly. The temporary vet at that time, Dr Griggs, was so incredibly rude that it is hard to believe. He was very defensive and took any questions to indicate a slight to his expertise, and when we asked if he could take samples of the other scabs he found, he dismissed us and then with all sorts of sarcasm in his voice he said “what do you want us to do? Shave your cat? If you want us to shave your cat, we will shave your cat.” The sample of the cyst we took came back as mycobacterium, which is a pretty serious thing. Dr Torres seems to be one of the full time vets, and when the results came back, we finally were able to reach her on the phone, but since she didn’t inspect our cat, I don’t think she realized the extent of the infection by that point. She only prescribed one set of antibiotics for several months, when later we found out from another vet, he should have been on multiple antibiotics from the beginning because the infection had already spread. We finally went to a different veterinarian and an internalist who helped us out a great deal. Our cat passed away last month from this infection, and I am convinced if NOVA Cat Clinic vets had diagnosed this back in November when I had first brought him in, the outcome would have been very different. I will not be returning here again with the constant stream of rotating vets with poor customer service and high prices.

Extremely happy I decided to make the drive to take my sweet fur baby to Nova Cat. The staff was amazing to say the least. From beginning to end my baby and I felt comfortable. He’s not happy when going to the vet but seemed to feel and know that the Nova crew was his people. I couldn’t believe how he responded. The front ladies was so very helpful with the issue I had (scheduling conflicts) I didn’t mind having to wait to get in. I felt they really tried. I went in knowing that all vet hospitals are dealing with their own difficulties, but never felt like they didn’t give things their absolute all. I’ve had 2 visits with them and both times was the same experience or not better. Reading the so called bad reviews they have, I can’t help to think it’s that person that gave them a hard time. Seeing other clients in hospital responding to them was the same energy as me. This place is amazing!
