Description Caring Hands Animal Hospital is a network of eight veterinary hospitals treating dogs and cats in the Alexandria, Arlington, Ashburn, Bristow, Centreville, Merrifield, and Clarendon, Va, and Rockville, MD areas. We are an AAAHA-accredited hospital, open six days a week, and offer an array of services including wellness exams, sick visits, microchipping, health and travel certificates, laser therapy, in-house lab, x-ray, parasite testing and prevention, dental, surgery, pain management, and more. This vet office has always gone out of their way to show love to my dog and I have recommended them to lots of people. They are not the cheapest but they truly care.

Super sweet staff and helpful! Got my little hammy checked out here and Emily was super duper nice and so was Dr. Garcia. Can’t speak on other procedures or services since all I got done for him was a physical exam to make sure he was okay, but they did refer me to an exotic pet specialist. Hamtaro says thank you!

Caring Hands Animal Hospital - Arlington has the PERFECT name! I had an almost emergency with my cat. Had a 3pm appointment but at 12 she was breathing oddly. From phone call to arriving in office was 10 minutes. They took her in the back to assess her. A different Dr came out to talk with me and relayed info to treating Dr. I was updated quickly as they treated her. They are truly CARING! BTW Scout is all better!

The Docs and the Vet Techs at the Caring Hands Animal Hospital - Arlington are wonderful. They truly are caring and show tremendous compassion when working with your pet/family member. Dr Emily Brooks is my favorite Vet and I highly recommend her to anyone...she will take care of your pet as if they were her own.

We have been extremely happy with the care our now 5-1/2 month-old dachshund-puppy Siegfried has received at Caring Hands since he got his first checkup at the Arlington location on South Glebe on Nov. 1st. A big part has been the conscientiousness and expertise of Dr. Sarah Simpliner, veterinarian, and Rebecca, veterinary technician. They have been on top of everything and “Siegie“ is a happy little guy because of it.

Staff was very kind and the place very clean! They even have dog treats and catnip balls available for their clients (our precious fur babies). The only issue (a minor one) was that I asked that they call a different number than the one they had on file from the animal welfare league and they did not honor this request. Other than that, my cat's neuter went smoothly, they provided medication for a smooth recovery at home, and he recovered beautifully! Thank you!
