Wonderful experience and amazing dog. We are so happy to welcome our new puppy. He has been wonderful and the team at Lucky Dog did an excellent job steering us through the adoption process. Lucky Dog made the adoption process easy and they were very clear with there instructions on our new pet's needs. We've previously adopted 2 cats from Lucky Dog as well, who are also amazing pet's. We can't thank Lucky Dog enough for helping us grow our family.

We foster cats and dogs for this local rescue organization and volunteer at adoption fairs. They are a great organization, finding homes for a large amount of pets. All animals are either housed with fosters or a few a boarding facilites, so it's a huge operation to get them all a to and from events and the adoptions completed. They really care about each animal but have a process down to be able to manage the adoption process. There are paid staff to coordinate all this, but a huge network of volunteers makes the events and unseen work happen. Highly recommended for adopting an animal or for being a good use of one's volunteer time.

We adopted our dog through Lucky Dog at one of their weekend adoption events. I appreciated the organized, thorough, seamless adoption process and have been grateful for their follow-up after the adoption. You can tell they really care about the animals and their welfare. They also have a post-adoption community and encourage people to reach out to the organization with any concerns or help needed. Cannot recommend Lucky Dogs enough if you are looking to add a new furry friend to your family. The adoption application process is straight forward and their thoroughness really shows their care and attention that these animals are going to warm and caring homes. We have had an amazing experience with the dog that we adopted and if we adopt another dog, we 100% will be going through Lucky Dogs again.
