Absolutely love this place, this dr actually cares about his patients, he is the only one that will do after hours emergencies. The manages are so flawless I have no words. They truly love your pet like their own. Have nothing but wonderful things to say. Please trust me and use this vet. I tried to get in to my normal vet but they were to busy Button Brand was the only one who would take my sweet Maggie in on such short notice. Honestly amazing I wish every vet was like this.Maggie is happy and healthy with me at home thanks to dr hays

We’re extremely grateful for the team at Button Brand. We live on the road full time and were just passing through the area. Our little dachshund hadn’t been feeling well and Button Brand was the only clinic in town to get him in for a same day appointment. The prices were very fair and they stayed late past closing to assist us. Everyone was extremely professional and made us feel like we were in good hands. Thank you so much!!

Dr.Hays has always treated me and my animals with compassion. Between him and his knowledgeable staff my pets have always been in great hands. I wish I could count all the times I've called in a panic and he saw my pet quick, calmed me down and gave me a diagnosis. Good or bad he walks me through the process of getting them healthy and keeping them happy. Been going to him for 15 years and will continue.

I'm new to Alamogordo and hadn't established a vet yet for my sweet girl. Unfortunately, at age 18, she started declining and wasn't getting better. When she stopped walking I new I had to make a difficult choice. Thankfully Button Brand was recommended and they really helped me make sure my sweet girl moved on with the upmost care and respect.

GO TO PAW-IN-HAND!! Not only is this place impossible to get an appointment with but Dr. Hays reputation for killing dogs is nothing to smile at either. The people at the desk constantly trying to scam you into buying more unnecessary stuff, horrible phone etiquette, and just overall rude staff is something you should never have to deal with when you already have a struggling pet. Paw in hand will see you as soon as possible, reach out to you about the progress of your animals and just overall goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. They saved my elderly cat Roxy’s life for a more than reasonable price and I’m so grateful for them.

This was a very difficult visit with Dr. Hayes. Ultimately I had to put my Baby Girl down. Dr. Hayes was so empathetic and caring, not only for my cat, but also for what I was feeling and going through. A little bit of caring and compassion goes a very long way.
