They use to be a good rescue. They do take care of dogs medically. We adopted a 1 year old back in May. 19, 2024. Only reason we haven't taken her back is because we don't want her back there. They DO NOT SOCIALIZE dogs at all, not even one on one. We have gone through a month of training this 1 year old how to play with our dogs. Not steal food from them, because she was not feed properly, according to OUR VET'S opinion. Will take a long time training. If you have the energy....and health, please adopt the rest of the dogs to get them out of there. This couple are no longer able to care for these rescue dogs You can ONLY EMAIL THEM...... They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. SAVE THESE RESCUE DOGS, PLEASE.

We found a young, beautiful German Shepherd here. Elaine and Bob were very easy to work with. It was obvious they are interested in finding good homes for their rescues! We love our new family member. Thank you Elaine and Bob!

I can't say enough wonderful things about German Shephard Rescue. They were so kind and patient with us. They seemed to kown exactly what dog(s) we were looking for. We wanted an older dog and a week later went back for another one. You can tell they love each and every dog they have. We also have 2 little dogs and a cat and our German Shephards tolerate them like they grew up with them. Unfortunately we had to let one of them go to heaven (he was 13). And after a few days they even called us to see how we were doing and let us know they were there for us. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Actually I already do.

Exceptionally fine folks. You can tell that they care deeply about all of their rescue dogs. Can't say enough good things about them.
