The packaging and specialty items were such a beautiful touch. I did not realize I was getting a nose print. That was almost too much. To see that sweet, precious nose again, took my breath away. It was the most intimate gift I could have received. Thank you.

My pet got cremated through these people. Just went to TLC animal hospital to pick up her ashes. And let me say what an underwhelming presentation. Her paw prints and nose prints weren’t even molded on anything besides a piece of clay. Matter of fact they put the prints on a piece of printer paper. No plaque on her ash box either. I wish I would have gone elsewhere but this was the place the animal hospital works with and did not have any examples to show me.
