I can't recommend Paw in Hand Veterinary Clinic highly enough! The entire team is incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. From the moment we walked in, with an emergency, they made us feel at ease. The clinic is clean and well-equipped, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure the best care for their furry patients. Great service and prices! The doctor and staff were very friendly. They gave us great advice on tending to our dogs. I would highly recommend them for any of your furry kids' needs! Thank you Paw In Hand! 04/29/24 I took my puppy Piper in for a checkup after she gave birth. As before, we were treated very well. The doctor saw us right away. Thank you to all the staff at Paw in Hand for taking such good care of our furr babies....... You all are awesome!

If I could rate the veteranian it would be a 5. The office staff the rudest people ever. I called to make my dog an appointment. I guess they have started charging 65 dollars as a down payment towards the bill. I asked the guy when did this start He stumbled over his words.I get it he was new 4 days in. I told him this was ridiculous.I said we've never been charged before. I said the appointment not until august but you guys are gonna charge my debit card. He started in on me and said well you know we have people that cancel, or dont show up. i told him you're not gonna change my mind that this is ridiculous.I will pay the sixty five dollars. Do you know this guy put me on hold and then I get a woman that tried to berate me. I said ma'am.I told him that it was ridiculous.I told him he wasn't gonna change my mind I wasn't rude and I was gonna pay the $65 I said what's the problem? She said well, maybe you need to find another veterinarian.If this one's not gonna work for you.I said no, ma'am.I said my dog has been there forever.I said the veterinarian is great.I said, but you guys are making me mad right now. I said I told yall I would pay the money. It's ridiculous they can have an opinion but I can't. Again, the veterinarian is great and her staff with her is great office staff not so much. To the person that answered my comment on google.I wasn't disgruntled. I stated it was ridiculous he wasn't gonna change my mind but I would pay the payment. It's really bad business to call me a name I wasn't. I never once raised my voice and I never cursed.I don't cuss so to say I cussed is ridiculous. Maybe you need to get a telephone that records conversations.
