We recently switched our dog’s care to Valley Animal Hospital and they have been wonderful! Our pup is older and has some health concerns, and I’ve struggled at other practices to get all of my questions answered and to make sure I understand everything. Dr Lofty spent a lot of time with us- she answered every question and was very thorough with her exam. She also took the time to make sure our girl was comfortable with her. Everyone here has been great!

I had surgery, so my son was taking care of my dog. On a Saturday, he informs me we are out of medicine, and she needs this medicine to survive. My regular vet was closed, and she had visited auburn university multiple times. They would not help or return my calls at all. I frantically called every vet in and outside of our area. Valley Animal Hospital was the only vet that would see us and had her medicine. They were so nice, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. They are an hour from me, or I would definitely make them my regular vet. I am so appreciative of them. All the staff was super nice and helpful. Wish I could give more stats!

I couldn’t trust any other vets the way I do the vets at Valley! Dr. Roeder is so amazing and provides the best care as our primary vet. She’s extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring. I also just got seen with Dr. Kuhn for a last minute appointment for our pup Ed after he was displaying symptoms of pneumonia, and I was really happy with her thoroughness and care. The vets as well as the rest of the valley staff take the best care of my babes and I am so grateful for them!

Valley animal hospital, your veterinarian and lovely tech made an unbearable day a little more bearable for my sweet girl. The kindness, care, and sympathy was out of this world. It truly is an awful day when you have to say goodbye to your family, but the information and love I felt during this excruciating time was just amazing. Thank you for showing just how much love you have for the fur babies under your care. And beyond that thank you for helping me get through it. To anyone looking for a respectful and very caring this place is a number one. They care.

Fantastic vets! We came here for a second opinion on our dog. They found that our has a large mass in her abdomen. Our old vet told us it was air. They’re our new vet!
