Me and 5 others have called about 4 puppies behind McDonald elementary school. The man on the phone said they went and saw them and couldn’t catch them and said they are on their own unless I catch them myself and bring them in. I told him that if the professionals can’t catch them what makes him think that I can? What is the next step being taken to ensure that they don’t suffer. Then he laughed and hung up on me. This operation is a joke and a waste of all of our money. I hope that these poor animals find a home or at least not suffer

Had a dog roaming the neighborhood and was able to get it in my backyard, but this place can't even handle an easy pickup. They refuse to answer the phone, call back, or you get put on hold AND THEN hung up on. What is even the point of this place? THEY DO NOTHING

Madison County Animal Control has the Best officers. Fast, pick up, great communication with office Jake and the lady that came out today. 💯 professionals. They are no kill shelter. They release all wild back to wild. And cats get fixed and released so they don't produce no more babies that will have nobody to care for them. God Bless these Folks, ALABAMA and America 🇺🇸

Called this morning to ask if they could remove a dead armadillo from my yard. It was picked up before noon. There was also an opossum that was hit farther down the road that I hadn't mentioned. They picked that up too. I appreciate the good service. Thank you.

They are rude and disrespectful. We need a new animal control service in Alabama. Cause the one we got is piss poor.
