I’ve been to Cattyshack lounge both as a guest and as a foster parent. Tina (owner/founder) and the volunteers are the very best kind of people. If you adopt from here, you have the option of staying in contact with the foster parent - and I highly recommend you do! I’m a newbie myself, but this network of cat ladies is indispensable. Over 700 adoptions and the kittens just keep coming. If you haven’t booked a visit yet, what are you waiting for?

Reserve a one hour time slot online to come hangout with a bunch of kittens and maybe even adopt one! It is $10 per person per hour and up to 12 people per session. Adoptions are $95 each. This place is always hopping it seems. It is located in the Lowe Mill arts and entertainment building which is very deceiving from the outside. Follow the directions in the reservation email to find the booth inside! The kittens are super friendly and love to play. Tons of room to just sit on the couch and let the cats come to you. We enjoyed our hour of cat loving. Will come again another day!

Great place to mingle with cats eligible for adoption. We adopted a fur baby from there before. The staff is very friendly and really focus on the best interests of the cats/kittens. Cool place if you’re a cat person.

We love going to Cattyshack and playing with the cats and kittens. It is always fun to see different cats everytime we have gone. We love supporting this organization as we have 3 feral rescues at home and want all the cats to find their furever home. Go play and maybe find the cat for you.

We adopted a kitten from Cattyshack after fostering her for a few days and the process was simple and quick! She hadn't been spayed yet but the procedure and all her shots were covered under the adoption fee for less than it would have cost on our own. She adapted quickly to our home and other cats and we are so thankful Cattyshack brought us to her!

This place is actually pretty cool. You can pay $10 for an hour to come in and hang out with the cats that are there. The way that it's set up is what's cool. This is a Foster and adoption program, so the people fostering the cats bring them into the cafe for a few days each week when they're open. This allows people to interact with the cats in a natural way in order to help them get adopted. It was really cool to be able to see different cats and think about how they might mix with the cat that I currently have. I love the idea of the program so much I'm actually getting involved in fostering with them. On the way out you can grab a soda and a snack as part of the $10 that you've paid. The cat's here are Precious and Flipper. They're both super adorable
