The staff is very kind and professional. It can sometimes take awhile when a critical emergency comes in, but that lets me know they would do the same for mine. My cat was having trouble breathing and he was placed into an oxygen chamber all night. They were upfront with pricing and nothing went over the high amount they quoted. They took such good care of my large 16 lbs cat who is 14 years old. After a transfer to our regular vet, he is at home and has made a remarkable recovery. This isn’t the first time I’ve been here. They show the utmost compassion, empathy and sympathy when the time calls for it. Dr. Brown was so great with us and kept us all in positive spirits. I hope I don’t have to use them, but I sure am glad they are there when needed.

My 15 year old dachshund had surgery here to fix a perineal hernia 3 weeks ago. They also had to move up his colon and neuter him in addition to the hernia surgery. My boyfriend and I were really anxious because our dog is already so old, but the surgeon assured us that our dog had a very good chance at recovering successfully. I will say it was expensive ($5k) but definitely worth it to us. It’s been almost 3 weeks since the surgery and 5 days since our dog got his stitches taken out. Thankfully, it was successful with no complications! I am so thankful to the surgeon and everyone who helped our dog. He is back to his normal self—eating well, running around, pooping normally again. I can never thank you enough for helping my best friend!! (:

It was a Sunday and my 10 month old kitten had a urinary blockage so we brought him here. They did save his life and we are grateful but they charged me almost $2000 to keep him one night and didn’t do the most important test needed to determine the cause of his issue so here we are 2 months later and he’s still urinating blood because they never did one simple bacteria test. After antibiotics are given the test will not be accurate. They were very prompt and took him back right away. Everyone was kind and professional. I just switched him to a vet who has after hours emergency care so hopefully we won’t have to make the hour drive back and pay a huge bill again. This is the second time they have saved a pet of mine so I am very thankful they were open. We have gotten great care here.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. Emily, Dr. Davis and all of the staff have been nothing short of Angels. They are a God send and our Riley Roostertail will forever be thankful for your loving touch and support. No matter how your situation may end these people are the best and treat you and your fur baby like family. You can call anytime to check on them, they call you with updates, and even will text you photos of your baby and you can text them as well. Truly Amazing group of people.

The outcome wasn’t what we wanted but I can’t thank the staff enough for trying to save our Zoey Jane. They kept us very informed throughout her stay and when it was time to let her go, they made sure we understood the entire process. They gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. She went peacefully in my arms. Thank you all for kindness!

Tonight we laid to rest our fur baby of 9 years. He had cancer and was bleeding internally. To say the staff was kind and supportive would be a terrible understatement of just how kind and supportive they were. Thank you guys for making his last moments easy. Each of you were truly awesome.
