From my understanding the living shelter is good but when you call and try to get in touch with one of your family members day nice to a certain extent but they hurry up and hang up on you rescue Mission been good to mine family member. I recommend it to anybody. It's the people that be answering the phone the intakes and sometimes when you pick your family member up at the guard shack They be rude sometimes too but not all of them. My family member been there over 4 months and only had three bad experience with them
