Description We are open to provide care! In order to keep our staff and pet parents safe during the COVID-19 outbreak, we are implementing new procedures. We now offer curbside drop-off and pickup ONLY, limiting access to our lobby. Upon arrival to our hospital please remain in your car, call us, and we will give you instructions on how to proceed at that time. I've been a client here for over 4 years now and have taken all my pets here. My favorite vet is Dr. Jill because she listens and answers all my questions that I have about my pets. Chrissie is an amazing tech who goes above and beyond for all my pets. I took my cat in for his annual last Monday and there was an emergency situation that came in during our appointment. Dr. Jill prioritized the emergency, handled it and came back in about 30mins. For the wait, I was offered ear cleaning and nail trimming for my cat for having to wait. Morty settled for a puree cat treat so he was more than satisfied. Even though I did not take them up on the offer, I do appreciate them thinking of their customer's time waiting while an emergency is being handled. 12/10, def recommend.

Visiting from out of state. My dogs are treated already with an oral flea/tick medication. On a walk my dog got 3 ticks on her fur that I was able to knock off before they burrowed in. In researching, I found that there was a spray that was helpful in preventing the ticks from getting on the fur. They are protected with medicine, but I am not. Called this so called Animal Hospital and asked if they had the spray or could help. Explained that we are visiting from out of state. Was told in a rather abrupt way, “we have it but we don’t sell to non-patients”. No offer to see if we could become patients. But just literally we won’t help you. I do not recommend them for any type of service. This animal hospital is not pet loving in my opinion. Otherwise, they would have been at least more helpful. It was almost as if because we are from out of state that I felt discriminated against. Very poor and no service.

Dr. Melchior was the vet that we worked with- he is absolutely amazing. He knows what he is doing and is kind and compassionate. He gave us great advise about diet. The office staff is always efficient and friendly.

Dr Jill and Dr Tiffany are both awesome. Front desk ladies are always beyond kind and helpful. Office has always tried to do whatever they can to help with what my dogs are needing as quickly as possible.

Very friendly staff, quick service, and quality animal care. You can make your appointment online which was nice. Upon arrival I only had to wait a few minutes before getting a room. The nurse and doctor were commitment and were quick to provide care. Check ups and vaccines were very reasonably priced. Will definitely come back.

Maggie was seen for a stubborn hotspot that occurred and kept getting larger over the holidays. They asked us to drop her off and they would work her in. They did so very quickly! Dr Jill saw her and spoke with my husband and Maggie is on the mend! Thank you Dr Jill! And thank you Village East!
