I was trying to make an end of life appointment (for Monday, today is Friday) for my cat who is a patient there being treated for a long-term condition, the rude receptionist was callous and kept trying to refer me to walk-in clinics ten miles away minimum with a cat whose whole issue is respiratory, stress makes it worse. When I asked if a veterinarian could call me back at least, she said that the vet who had been working with Amos is no longer there. So I actually had to ask if just any vet there who could read his file could call me back please because I just needed a little guidance. She replied that she was already too busy with three emergencies on top of a busy day. My coworkers who overheard the conversation were astonished. Super disappointing.

I went in for a nail trim, they talked me into other things over the phone that I did not need- a heart worm test is apparently needed to get a preventative which is ridiculous and just greedy. we didn’t even get the nail trim done because apparently she was “biting” but i’ve never had any issues with nail trims before. i ended up getting charged $180 just to be told that they can’t finish the nail trim today and that she is healthy, I COULD HAVE TOLD YOU SHES HEALTHY. i am very annoyed and disappointed with this place. i will not be going back here again and i do not recommend them.

The team went above and beyond when I was given the news that my cat needed a procedure that was not a financial option for me right now. They were caring, informative, and sensitive to my situation. When I was facing the alternative of having to put my pet down, they went out of their way to call other clinics about the procedure needed. They may not have done the procedure themselves, but because ofthem, I was able to get my cat to a clinic to get the procedure and now he gets to come home today.

Two words nickel and dime, for any reason. My dog is all up to date with his shots and I sent them proof, but they always required some other shot my dogs going to have to get, that's going to raise that price. My dog got a bath there once and it was the best bath he's ever got. That's the only reason I'm giving two stars. So I received an email for a $15 bath, and I made a appointment. I confirmed the price and suddenly it's $150 - $230. See images. This is the only place Iv taken my dog and receive any push back regarding my health records or need for additional services. The staff and facility seem top notch, but I will never be back.

This was my 5 yr old Shih Tzu’s first appointment with this vet.We had a wonderful experience and Sophie was treated with the upmost care.It was a very informative visit.I highly recommend this business!

My dog got sick over the holiday weekend. We couldn’t get into a single vet in Henderson. They were able to see him and did their best to help me. They even gave him some medication for free that I couldn’t afford because of the holidays. They were there when I needed them and were the nicest people who went above and beyond.
