Really glad they were here, especially in an emergency situation. Staff were quick and helpful, vet was knowledgeable and reassuring, and it was a relief having someone being able to help on a Sunday morning. You can call before they open to let them know if you are bringing in an emergency, and they do provide estimates first beyond the initial vet visit fee, once they have an idea of what is going on. They can get quite busy, and do triage based on clear priorities. Some services might be more expensive than your regular vet, but more than worth it given how quick they were in an emergency and how well they took care of my little guy. Very much appreciated their help today.
Dr. Renner really did an amazing job doing as much as she could for my cat, and was so compassionate towards him and I both when we made the decision to euthanize. I haven't had great experiences with this hospital in the past but this past experience really made up for them.
I wouldn't go here if you had another choice. Everyone seemed nice and knowledgeable, but for an "emergency clinic" I wasn't made to feel like my cat was even kinda a priority. Even with an appointment I had to wait 2 and a half hours to be seen. And this all says nothing about the absolutely ridiculously high prices. Again HUGE bummer because the staff they have are very lovely, but i would just either wait for your normal vet to be open or drive to another towns emergency clinic.
Just wanted to thank everyone at the clinic on Sunday, October 29th, particularly the vet and the vet tech ( I'm so sorry- I was a mess and cannot recall their names). My cat Sophie needed to be put to sleep, and everyone was so kind and compassionate, and the vet explained the process so well. Thank you for making my sweet baby's last moments as quick, peaceful, and painless as it was. I will be forever grateful for your help and understanding, and for allowing me to spend time with her before, during and after the procedure. You made one of the worst days of my life just a little bit easier, and Sophie and I were both in good hands.
I arrived at the clinic around 630a. Collin and Summer were very kind and compassionate during my sweet baby Bean's last moments. It's never a good time having to euthanize a pet but they did everything they could to make things go as smoothly as possible. Thank you so much for everything. It really meant a lot to me.
We lost our sweet girl Maddie last Saturday. She was almost 18 years old. We knew what was going to happen but we wanted her to die peacefully at her home because she hated leaving the house. Our plan was to take her to her vet on Monday so she could be cremated. She did pass away peacefully in her sleep with her family around her. After this happened the family was devastated and I couldn't imagine keeping her here for another day. I called VCA and they were so nice and respectful to me helping me decide on what to do. I went in signing all the things I needed to and then a nurse came out to the car to get Maddie and she came back with her paw prints. They were very nice to me and it was okay that I was a crying mess because they understood how much we loved our girl!
