I took my puppy to Dr Wagner when I first got her. Dr Wagner was very rude. She said my puppy wouldn't live past a year because I treated her like a human baby. Even wrote me a 2 page letter about how I am a terrible pet owner. Well Dr Wagner this Monday my "baby " will be 17 years old!

Absolutely aweful customer service. I called regarding my dog and the lady was rude from the moment she picked up the phone. She informed me that my dog wasn't a patient yet and they're not accepting patients and can't give advise unless our dog was a patient. I tried to ask her one question and she hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. Would not recommend under any circumstances. Would give zero stars if it was possible.

They have been the best vet I've ever seen interact with our dog. I'm wholeheartedly thankful for them and their great care!

The doc is personable and caring. I will go here until she retires, which hopefully isn't any time soon. The staff is very nice and always take care of my Pup.
