We LOVE this location! Our babies have experienced the training classes and grooming offered here with Kara and she treats them like her own. They’re always so excited to come in, especially if she’s working. We cannot recommend this place and their services enough!

Some of the groomers were rude. Also, took over 2 hours for a bath & furminator. Called for pick up right before closing.

I went to cut my little dog nails and these people inside the grooming especially a white tall lady very rude with a horrible attitude including the manager!!!! I will never come back to this store in Hoover
