EVERYONE at Blue Pearl Pet Hospital is amazing. Our pup Utah spent numerous nights in the ICU and everyone was so great and caring from the moment we walked in the door. Dr. Adkins and all of the techs were so attentive, loving and compassionate. Dr. Adkins was always available to answer all of our questions and put our minds at ease. You could tell that he loves his patients and is in tune with their needs! As Utah’s fur mom I could tell and feel just how much every single person cared about Utah’s well being. They even would snuggle him and cover him up to help him feel safe! They made the scary feel not so scary for him and us!!! We love everyone there and we highly recommend sending you pets there!

A rating of five stars alone cannot express how highly we think of this pet hospital. From the time we called before we went, to the time we left the hospital, we were treated by a truly compassionate, professional and skilled staff. Our veterinarian, Dr. Vollenweider, DVM, kept us posted, and though unfortunately our kitty did not survive his health emergency, we have the comfort of knowing that everything that could have been done for him had been performed. After we got the terrible news, there was a special quiet room in which we were able to spend some time with our kitty before we turned him over to the hospital to facilitate the cremation. The staff talked to us, comforted us, gave us all the time we needed, and answered any and every question we had. Although we are heartbroken about our cat, it is nice to know that there is a wonderful pet hospital in our area that we trust, and we appreciate each and every one of their staff.

The entire staff and Dr. Nelms have been nothing short of amazing!! They are so kind and caring both with me and especially my dog. The facility was very nice and clean. The staff were great about making sure I understood everything about my dog’s health and treatments. Definitely will refer others who need eye care!

The absolute best experience from the phone call/scheduling with Lauren until we left. Doctor Lothrop made us feel very comfortable with next steps and everyone was very welcoming and supportive. Wish we had this place closer to home!

I was referred to Dr. Lothrop March 2022. From the beginning he and his staff have been wonderful. They have taken wonderful care of my Riley. I truly believe if it wasn’t for them, she would not still be with us. Once they merged with Blue Pearl, things got even better. Riley was having some intestinal issues. Since they are now 24/7, I was able to contact them today (Sunday) and go and pick up meds for her. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lothrop, his wonderful, wonderful staff and Blue Pearl. I honestly feel like family with them.

I had a wonderful experience at BluePearl! I called in to get some advice to see if I needed to bring my cat in to be treated. The person who answered the phone was extremely helpful and informative and advised that I bring my cat in. All of my information was taken over the phone, so my cat was taken back right away when I arrived. The staff was so attentive and explained everything thoroughly and I was in and out within an hour!
