This clinic is so professional, caring and thorough. They took such good care of my older lady pup. You can tell this is not just a job for them, it is their passion. They are making a huge difference one fur baby at a time. Their pricing was reasonable for quality emergency care! Thank you for saving my baby!

Late in the evening of May 23rd, my Standard Poodle appeared lethargic and weak. I was concerned and took her to Steel City Emergency Vets. The staff there was very professional, kind, and saw to my dog right away. They did a thorough exam and kept me informed at every step of the way. They discussed treatment options and cost with me and gave me helpful, professional advice. Thankfully, my dog had only a minor issue and we were discharged, in my opinion, in a timely fashion. I was also pleased with the cost of care, which, in my view was very reasonable. We did spend 2 hours there, but multiple true emergencies came in during that time. Every pet and family that I encountered was treated with respect and care. I will definitely use them in the future if I need emergency care for my dog.

Great experience with these vets! Took amazing care of my 3 month old puppy in need of critical care. They provided me updates throughout the night in regards to my puppy's health. The prices were reasonable and they provided an itemized estimate before we left. Definitely recommend them!!

The sweetest people. I brought my cat baby in after another vet was very careless with her. They took her in immediately & performed emergency surgery on her. Unfortunately my baby passed away, but Dr. Carlo was amazing & I know he did everything he could to save her. Everyone was great but specially the lady up front(she has cute colorful hair) she was so sweet & compassionate & Dr. Carlo was very thorough & I could tell he was passionate about saving these babies. It is a heartbreaking time, but compared to the treatment I got at the other place, these people are honestly god sent.

Dr Carlo is a great man and Dr. we brought our Dalmation there two weeks ago and truly thought we were going to lose him but dr Carlo sat with us for hours and helped us. He saved my 8 year old Dalmation. I’m very grateful for him honestly. I highly recommend this clinic!

They were the only emergency vet that I called during our emergency that actually seemed to care and not just want money from us. We made the drive there as fast as we could and they were just as fast at getting her treatment started, unfortunately it was too late for our pup (to no fault of them at all, it was just her time). They made the process of saying goodbye be not as bad. Took the time to explain our options to us and let us make our decision for ourselves without pushing us, even offering us drinks and snacks to help keep us calm. They were very kind and patient with us taking a little extra time to say goodbye. Even though our situation was not good they did everything they could to make it better for us and I really appreciate everything that they did for us.
