Secretary's are so slow and very rude. Took 2.5 hours to be told I have to get records ( rabbies shots ) for 2 cats that don't live with because they're in my name even though my son has them. Don't recommend going here unless you have all day long and are very patience for incompetent people.

Workers were very helpful in helping me meet the dogs on my list and answer any questions I had. Office staff were very courteous and attentive. I adopted Normy.

I had a animal control person called to my house for my dogs barking. There was a guy cleaning the gutters on the house next to me I saw him throwing things at my dogs. I brought my dogs in and they couldn't have been marking more than 3 or 4 minutes. The woman from animal control said she would find 2 people who would agree to lie that my dogs were barking for a long time. She should be fired

Front desk people are very rude! Especially the one that sits to the very left as you are waiting in line. I experienced her extreme rudeness 2 days in a row. The second day after being ignored for 10 minutes I was told I only had 5 minutes to look at dogs. I was super excited about rescuing a dog but will now look elsewhere due to her nasty attitude

My husband and I have been going in once a week for a few months to look at the kittens that have been in the shelter in hopes to find a specific breed. Every week, we are pestered by the same volunteer asking why we didn’t adopt the one we were looking at the previous week. Once we found the perfect kitten after submitting my application previous times before, since it expires after a month, we went to get approved and denied us because we already own two cats and loves park only allows two, and no one before had even told us about this and we didn’t have any issues until now. Understanding this legal issue, they are inconsistent with their information and don’t seem to care very much about these kittens getting adopted by pushing us away.
