The team here is amazing! Everyone was welcoming and friendly and put our minds at ease regarding a concern that I had for my puppy. Thankfully she was ok. Everything was explained thoroughly by the professionals and they checked on my fur baby the next day. I recommend this location for your pet’s emergency situations.

My sweet 2 year old cat suddenly got very sick and needed to be treated asap. I was so scared for how she would do as she’s an indoor cat and I thought the transportation alone would upset her. She did wonderfully and once we were in the exam room, with no wait time, she was free to explore. The staff were so gentle and loving to both of us during this scary event. I hadn’t ever taken a pet to urgent care and wasn’t looking forward to the cost. They were transparent every step of the way about potential cost of things which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place!

I am so thankful my sister found this place, my baby (Hennessy) was throwing up and a little disoriented. We called Truss Vet and because of her symptoms they advise she come in. One thing I really appreciate about this clinic is it was well maintenances, the staff was really really cool. They were super friendly but NOT FAKE. I feel like they gave me genuine care, and concern for my puppy. I have been to a few vets and felt completely taken advantage of. I have had vets almost intimidate or even use scare tactics and over diagnose my baby , so I’m very particular about drs who take that approach. The Drs and staff were patient, knowledgeable, down to earth and really helpful. Supper sweet to Hennessy and I in general. I really appreciate all of there time and help.

On April 19, 2024 I brought my doggy in to be seen from an injury. From the time I got there I felt a sense of relief. The entire environment of this place made me feel as if my doggy was going to get the best care and medical advice. Unfortunately it was nothing they could do for her because she needed surgery. But do to the extent of her injury, having surgery she would never be the doggy we once knew so we decided to have her euthanized. They allowed me to spend time with and wait for family members to come out of town so they could comfort me during this time. We were put in a private room to spend time with my baby her name was “Cookie”. Even after the euthanasia process we were given more time to spend with her. The staff was beyond professional it was unreal that there is people who have so much sympathy for animals. I would recommend this place for the best pet care!! I give them a 10/10!! Truly the best. A couple of days after my dog was put down I received a nice card signed by the staff. It brought me to tears. I thank everyone again at Truss Vet!!!❤️

The care my pup received here was awesome! The staff was great and was upfront with all care prices and told me what to expect through the whole process. Dr. Maynard and Liz were awesome, caring, and helped come up with a game plan for tests that we should run. I appreciate the help and care my pup received while there. I hope I don't have to visit again but I will be back if my dogs need to be seen after my vets regular hours again. Thank you so much guys!

After noticing a strange lump on my cat we immediately called the Truss Vet team and they were able to see him within an hour! The staff was kind, patient, and provided excellent care. Taco is already feeling much better and would like to thank Emily and Dr. Maynard for providing yummy treats during his visit.
