They’re usually really nice and good here but this last visit rubbed me wrong. I have a rabbit and made an appointment for a nail trim. They offered me 1 and so I came at 1 and the door said closed until 1:30. I have email proof and told them I had been waiting in the car for 30 minutes. they just said oh we have him in for 1:30 and I said well that’s not what I was told. Ridiculous that I’m stressing out my rabbit for another half hour because of their mistake. No apology. Their doctors are great, I even had my rabbit neutered here, but the customer service aspect needs work.

I had to bring my bunny Coco in for her first vet visit to get her eye exam. Walked in and the atmosphere was clean, calm and organized. Great service. All of the staff were so kind and helpful! We will be back!

My family and I have taken our pets here for many years. Sadly, last Monday my childhood dog (who was 15) started to rapidly decline and needed to be put to sleep. Dr. Cagle and Allison were the best staff possible to be there with us during this awful time. They went above and beyond to ensure my dog and family were best taken care of. We are forever grateful and will continue to take our other pets here.

Our dog gets very nervous coming to the vet but they do such a great job trying to make her feel comfortable. They've offered to let us come by for "fun treat" visits which I think will go a long way to help her feel comfortable. Knowledgeable staff and can tell how much they love animals.

We've been bringing our dogs to Willow Oak since 2016 and throughout that time they have been exceptional. The front desk staff are kind and helpful, the techs are so caring, and the veterinarians are knowledgeable and committed to caring for your pet. I can't say enough good things about this vet hospital. They have been so accommodating for my pup who had a chronic condition that required frequent tests. Dr. Bogerd has gone above and beyond for my dogs, answering emails, reaching out to specialists, and researching treatments. Your pets are in very good hands here.

Dr. Sarah Smith is the best! Her compassion and true caring shines through. Dr.Smith takes the time to explain and guide you what’s best for your fur baby. We are new to Willow Oak but the staff is kind, helpful and caring. The office has a very calming atmosphere. We are so happy!
