Staff are great, bathrooms are truck stop nasty. Obvious the store is chronically under staffed. I doubt anyone has time to clean the bathrooms. Regardless it's pretty disgusting.

They have whatever you need for your cats and dogs. I think Petco is a little on the expensive side. The in-store workers are professional and helpful. We've been in when there was SO much merchandise crowding the floor you could not walk through, but today it was nice.

Have you seen the fish tanks lately :( Lights off on most tanks and algae like I’ve never seen before. They need to be in clean tanks with lights on. There is no excuse for this with living things. They don’t deserve it and can’t do anything about their own living conditions. This place isn’t the store it was a few years ago. Embarrassing for Missoula!!!!

Weird hours. Why are the beta fish in 17 different areas of the store? Why are there no Price tags on 80% of the things in the aquarium section. There were things that I needed and until I went to check out, I had, quite literally, no idea what I was going to pay for it all. Why are there no aquatic plants Other than the dead ones in the tank? This Petco is a wild ride. Not in a good way.

Petco in my opinion can never ever let me down, they are big box company with a huge heart and great prices and great service. If you run across the occasional and rare delay perhaps consider your expectations and your level of preparing for your needs (rather your pets needs)

Merchandise all over the floor, waiting to be stocked at noon on a Tuesday. Saw one employee on the floor and one cashier. I purchased canned dog food and had to bag it myself because the cashier, female with a bull nose ring, was too busy drawing a tree on a notepad. Management needs to step up at this location.
