This 5 star review is only for Miranda B. in grooming! My 100 lb Husky she got done in 2&1/2 hours and he looks amazing! Most people take 4+ hours and he looks average. Thanks Miranda!

Got my first reptile ever a fancy leopard gecko :-) I can't remember the lady's name which now I feel bad for but she was amazing! She had some of the same geckos at home so she was very knowledgeable, and very helpful in the process of getting everything that we needed for our new member of our family :-) I will definitely be going back there for our future purchases for our new little guy or girl. The animals are well taken care of and it seems like the people there know what they're doing!

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and my groomer was 20 minutes late— I was told to walk around the store with my cat until the groomer got there. My cat has very high anxiety and the vet recommended putting him on anxiety medication which I included in the notes of my appointment and after waiting the 20 minutes for them to show up the groomer told me that they can’t groom animals on anxiety medication. I would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time.

I placed an order for pickup on Thursday and paid for my order. I used a 100% off product code for an item as it was a gift from work. I came in Sat afternoon to pickup as I had not received any communication regarding whether the order was fulfilled, ready to pickup or anything. When I got there they said they canceled my order and put my item back. They voided my $50 code and refuse to re issue any other code for the value and won't give me the item. They say they have a 48 hour period for pickup or they cancel your order. However, that is not stated anywhere and it was a dog bowl- not a huge tank or otherwise. No one contacted me via phone, email or text at all. Total nightmare and the workers just acted like I was an idiot.
