Soooo helpful. The two guys at the front desk today were really helpful and I loved their ideas and advice on my cats that aren't getting along. I wish I could have heard the rest of the one story about this guys 12 year old cat, but he got called away to help someone. Can't say enough about how nice they were. Got in, got my updated tags for my dogs and got out so quickly that I was wishing it had taken longer, I was learning things and wanted to hear more. 😉 🐕 🐈 How come the DMV can't be this nice and quick?

My original review disappeared? Here it is again. Thank you to Jess, who took the time to help with the adoption of a 12-1/2 year old Lab named Isabel who found herself in the shelter after the passing of her owner. It was a smooth transaction. Sadly, Isabel passed on after only loving her for 5 months. She had a wonderful short time with me. I will look to adopt from your facility again.

The people who run this shelter are literally some of the best kindest people I have ever had the pleasure getting to know! When I got arrested I was so worried about the welfare of my dog and who had him. When he was picked up by one of the Animal Control Officers, the supervisor called me immediately, we talked about my situation and she made sure that my dog was safe, loved and cared for as a safe stay Animal! They have been kind enough to take care of him and house him until I was able to find housing. I cannot count the number of times I have been in tears of appreciation over the kindness of these people. My dog is being picked up today and I got to keep him because of their kindness and willingness to work with me, as I worked hard to find a place, stayed in constant contact and made regular visits every chance I got! When he got an ear infection, they brought him to the vet immediately and maintained follow up care until he was healed! They are such amazing people and care so much! Thank you so much!!! I can literally never thank you enough or speak highly enough of you and all that you have done to care for my best friend and little boy, Kash!!! ❤️‍🔥💯😭

Had a great experience adopting sweet Molly the cat for my disabled vet neighbor. All the staff were very friendly in person and on the phone. The young man that did the paperwork the day I picked her up was especially helpful.

We have had very positive experiences with both the officers and the personnel. We had a neighbor who called with false claims the officer was supportive and kind. Another time I called about a dog locked in a car, there was an immediate and compassionate response. We also adopted a senior dog here, everyone clearly cared a great deal about him and his well being. I have seen the staff give less than stellar customer service, however it always seems as if they are a little overwhelmed at the time. I can’t imagine that working here is an easy job, I’m sure there are many perks and joyful moments, but also a lot of heartache as well. Compared to the personnel that I have dealt with at the Humane Society in town, these seem to be a dedicated staff who care about the animals and try to help the owners.
