No stars!!! Overcharging! If you cancel your plan it most likely will be another $200plus! Also after a visit for vaccines and exam my dog had bleeding, they sent me to another vet hospital (not Banfield) where I had to pay out of pocket when I’m already paying a plan with banfield. Wth! When I called the cancellation line the supervisor was rude! Not good customer service! READ THE FINE PRINT!!!!

Please save yourself the stress and don’t ever go here! I’ve constantly been having the worst experience possible at this clinic. They get you tied to this package which if you cancel have to pay the entire amount of $1500+ for services you won’t even use. 1) i have had several issues including not been able to get prescriptions approved after 8 follow ups with the doctors. 2) doctors don’t join the meeting when scheduled and don’t inform when they get stuck so you end up waiting on call for more than 45 mins. Why do you schedule appointments then ? 3) schedule something and you have to wait for more than 30 mins but there is no eta when services will be offered because they’re busy. Why are appointments given in the first place ? 4) Store manager or whatever they call themselves don’t have explanation for any of the above issues I badly want my plan to get over so I can get out of this nightmare. Worst pet clinic on the block just can’t help.

I've had the worst experience at this Banfield. I spoke with both Emily and Clarissa, who were both impatient and extremely rude. Make sure you hire people who have a modicum of sincerity in their job. I will not be returning.

I've been coming here since the other round rock location closed due to tornado damage. The waits have been reasonable, the staff are awesome, and my cat and dog are well taken care of. They've helped me navigate the wellness plan to make sure I got my cats teeth cleaning and my puppy's spay surgery. 100% recommend this location. I like that I'm finally starting to see the vets in person again, as well.

Amazing veterinarian clinic. They got to our newest addition to the family quickly & addressed all my concerns for our 7 week old puppy. I look forward to future preventative care as I signed up our Luna for their puppy care package. You won't be disappointed. They treat your furry family members like their own.
