I just wanted to say thank you to Sarah Alvarado and Jeannette Loftin. I recently lost my dog due to my son leaving the front door open in our new home in Round Rock Ranch last Friday. I don't now how to put it other then saying that their customer service was amazing and they kept a smile on their face the entire time, and it really made me and my wife happy knowing that there are kind ladies out there like them. It's obvious that they are passionate about what they do. I have had run in with other Animal control officers in another cities who were the complete opposite. Please hire more like them or clone them:)

I cat went inside my engine we called animal control and they said they aren’t coming because they don’t have the “recourses”? What on earth does that mean??? They also refused to grab a coyote one time that was in our property. These people clearly don’t do do their jobs. Oh but only to kidnap dogs when they are loose.

I found two dogs today that somehow got out of their house. Thank goodness they were micro chipped. I fight for animal rights and will do anything to help them get back home. I called animal control and Jeannette Loftin showed up smiling as she got out of her truck, with micro chip reader in hand. (I was in tears just seeing her vehicle show up thinking they may have to go to the shelter). Well instantly she read the chips and we found the owners. Jeannette even walked with me down to the owners house to return them. What a great woman Jeannette is and very professional. Our good dead was done and the babies are safely back home.

They are scum. Came in my yard when I wasn't home and took my dogs because they said it was too cold outside for them.

Don’t work weekends ????? Poor way to have a public service, should have on call personnel. Higher taxes less service😒😒😒
