I went to this vet office in a panic because my dog was throwing up. They first said they were really busy, but would see my Pepper between appts. I was really stressed about that because she has been re-homed twice and I did not want to leave her. Then they ended up finding an appt available for me. Dr Tran was so nice and very thorough! The Vet Assistant and the person training were also so nice and gave great recommendations. My dog and I live in the country with fleas and ticks outside. They recomended a oral pill with heartworm and flea/tick treatment. We already had a tick die on her based on this medicine. I cannot say enough about how much I love this place. This is my new vet for ever.

The staff and doctor took such good care of my baby. We were there for a health and wellness exam and to establish care. Everyone treated her like the princess that she is 🥹. This will definitely be Lylla’s go to vet for any of her health needs. I appreciated everyone there and the time and attention they gave my sweet girl. 🥲

This place is truly amazing! One of my pet tortoises had an issue with his male parts where he wasn’t able to retract it back into his tail. It was stuck like this for a few days, and since he was a hatchling, he had not had to go to the vet. The good people here were very professional, and the veterinarian was extremely calm and knowledgeable. She offered a variety of solutions, and did her best to inform me while keeping me ease. The entire staff was very friendly, positive, professional, and kind. If your animal is in trouble, I would highly recommend this as a place to get them taken care of. I will certainly be back if any of my other animals ever start feeling unwell. Thank you for a job well done!

I am deeply grateful for the superb veterinary care my 2 pups routinely receive from Firehouse Round Rock. We started with FHRR in 2020 after a series of disappointing experiences with a different provider. A friend recommended Firehouse, and from the moment we became a client I have been in awe of the outstanding care we have received. Dr. Rebecca Davies is unsurpassed for her expertise, her compassion, and her very obvious dedication to animals and the people who love them. When we can't see Dr. Davies, every other vet we've seen has been just wonderful. The FHRR staff are also outstanding. I am not the easiest pup mom to deal with, I am quite sure, and they have always been kind, patient, supportive, and comforting. Most recently, my younger pup Sammy Bear decided to indulge in consuming part of a tennis ball, which led to middle-of-the- night vomiting and dry heaving. Although FHRR was completely booked, they were able to work us in that morning to help us. The clinic was very busy and staff were running to and fro ensuring all animals and families were tended to. Amidst all of that, Sammy Bear received excellent care from Dr. Dehmers and a team of veterinary technicians. Dr. Davies called several times to consult and to check on us that day and the next, even though that was her day off. And everyone was just a beautiful human being throughout.
