The staff and the treatment our dog received was incredible! We had just arrived in Saint Augustine when our labradoodle injured his back at 10 pm We had never been to the Saint Augustine area before and felt extremely lucky to find this after hours emergency clinic. We received appropriate treatment, meds, and excellent follow up that we can share with our vet back home. We are so grateful that Houdini was treated by this staff at this clinic.

Nobody ever wants to bring their fur baby to an emergency vet as opposed to their regular vet because it's unfamiliar and usually means the crisis is happening at a really bad time. But when Four had a urinary blockage for the first time ever and on a Friday night, we ended up at SARVEC for the weekend. I was terrified for him, but all of the staff and vets there were absolutely amazing. Sweet, kind, and compassionate. They explained what was happening and how he needed to be treated in terms easy to understand. The costs aligned with what the Internet had already prepared me for when researching what I suspected was ailing Four. But most of all, the staff encouraged me to call whenever I wanted and to actually come up and visit Four as often as I wanted during his hospitalization. They discharged him to our regular vet Monday morning for a final assessment instead of potentially sending him home too early (which could have caused a relapse). They educated me on the treatment/special food Four would need going forward after his emergency. And to my surprise - even though they had saved Four, discharged him, and moved on to their other emergencies - SARVEC called me a week later to check on how Four was doing. He wasn't just a one-and done emergency to them... they wanted to know if he was going to be okay long-term after their job was done. Nobody ever wants to take their fur baby to an emergency vet, but if you find yourself with no choice, absolutely call SARVEC first.

SARVEC IS GREAT! Had an emergency with our English Bulldog Bowzer and they were able to figure out his problem. They were very helpful and informative the entire time, and for it being an emergency at 2 AM they were responsive and acted quickly. Pricing was not horrible considering they are an emergency room. Bowzer and us thank you SARVEC!

Our 15 year old golden doodle possibly had a stroke and fluid in her lungs. It was so unexpected and heartbreaking, and we had to put her to sleep. SARVEC staff sent us a sweet card and a paw print. They also recommended Paw Prints for her ashes and they did an excellent job. Thank you.

WOW, This place is superb! Our puppy love suffered from bloat when we were out of town. We are beyond thankful that our boarder found this and took him directly to SARVEC! The staff are SARVEC was kind and quick! Dr. Terri Rosado was fantastic!! She performed our pup's surgery and it went so well. We are now 7 days post-op and his incision looks fantastic with all the staples in proper placement. She saved our pup's life!! We are so thankful to Dr. R & the entire staff at SARVEC! HIGHLY recommend SARVEC to anyone with a pet emergency!
