The staff is so wonderful and caring. The wellness plans have honestly saved us. Being able to pay for spay/neuter and dental cleanings, as well as regular visits, over the course of the year, is a game changer. But I wouldn't go anywhere else just for the staff alone. When we had to put my heart kitty down, everyone was just so kind. He was apparently a fan favorite, and they all wrote a card to remind me that he was well loved and to tell me that I did a good thing in adopting a senior cat. They remember every animal who comes through, and when our dog was sick, one of the staffers took him to the emergency vet from the pet's hotel, then called and texted me from her personal number to check in and let us know how he was doing as we made our way home. My husband and I can't recommend these guys enough to our friends with new pets. I'd give them more stars if I could. ❤️

I’ve been going to Banfield for 10+ years but now I’m done. I have a rescue dog with high anxiety and she screams in the waiting room. My last several visits I had to sit in the waiting room with a very stressed out and loud dog for at least 20 minutes passed my appointment time. Then the exam isn’t done in the room with me, they take the dog in the back which is stressful for her. The latest trend is the doctor won’t come talk to me. I have to talk to the vet tech who with relay the message to the doctors. I don’t even know if there is a doctor on duty these days. My last appointment was last week and I will never go back. Ever.

I took our dog in for a routine vaccine. I also wanted his nails clipped. The front staff was beyond helpful! They didn't charge me for his nail clipping. It was a nice surprise at the end of the visit! I used that money and paid it forward (almost immediately) when I saw someone in a bind. They are a great group of employees. Exceptional customer service. And their kindness allowed me to to help someone else! Kudos to your staff!!

I love Banfield. Over the years they have always done so well with my “baby” Bronx. You can tell their love of animals and I always feel comfortable when he’s in their hands. When pets are like family, trusting in your vet is important, that why we stay at Banfield. The staff is caring and we have always had a positive experience. I also love the option of the wellness plans. Saves $$$.

Texted me for a review so here you go with added info: This was in April 2022. Never understood why people would say this place only cared about money till recently. They refused to see my sweet girl when she was super sick given her health history i provided. They said they were booked till July 2022, but I could put her on a waiting list even after mentioning all of her symptoms. They mentioned ER as well, but you do realize not everyone can afford that right. I decided to call around and the place I took her to was actually shocked you guys wouldn’t see her. They were booked out 3 weeks for new clients, but guess who got a next day appointment ME. Funny thing is i called Banfield again to let them know I had to put my sweet girl down and if they had a list of places I could look into for pricing. Immediately they said they could get her in the next day (They spoke to the doctor which I did not ask for). So in other words you couldn’t make room for my sweet girl when she was really sick, but now that we were having to put her down you magically were able to squeeze her in cause it meant you’ve be getting paid for the services? Yeah no. I went back to the same vet who actually cared. Did I mention the cost was pretty much half the price which included more. I will no longer be recommending Banfield to anyone after this experience. They failed my sweet girl. Even after her diagnosis in 2021 no follow ups were ever given. Makes me feel like a failure to her for trusting Banfield. & even after i called to let them know she was no longer here with us they were still calling to schedule appointments after they said they noted that she had passed. Thanks for the constant reminder (being so sarcastic). Also, may i add they keep billing me for something that was already paid for & its hurting my credit. Talk about money hungry. I will never recommend Banfield. They failed me & my sweet fur baby. Also will add i did send an email & never got a reply so not sure what happen there.
